About the Role
We are seeking a detail-driven, analytical Senior Accounting Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes ownership of maintaining accurate financial records across multiple business entities - including international operations.
In this position, you will oversee daily accounting activities, manage AP/AR functions, perform reconciliations, support compliance requirements, and assist with month-end and year-end reporting. You'll also play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity while partnering with internal teams and external vendors.
What You'll Do Core Accounting Responsibilities
Conduct daily bank reconciliations for assigned entities
Maintain and balance the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
Register, review, code, and process accounts payable transactions
Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, deposits, and revenue recognition
Ensure all pending invoices are collected promptly and discrepancies are resolved
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial data
Interpret and apply accounting policies to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
Audit and process auction payments promptly
Support daily, monthly, and annual accounting close, budgeting activities, and internal/external audits
Assist with tax-related filings such as sales tax, 1099s, and other required returns
Compliance & Monitoring
Perform AML/CTF monitoring in accordance with compliance protocols
Identify regulatory or legislative changes related to AML/CTF and escalate as needed
Verify that customers and vendors have passed compliance checks
Process compliance clearances when necessary
Operational Support
Assist with payroll functions as assigned
Process commission reports
Support inventory reconciliation and analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve processes
Perform additional projects or tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
International accounting experience (foreign currency conversion, multi-entity support, cross-border transactions)
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks a plus)
NetSuite experience highly preferred
Fluent in English and Spanish
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams

About the Role
The Legal Operations & Compliance Specialist serves as a key resource supporting corporate legal, compliance, and operational functions. This role manages contracts, business filings, onboarding compliance, and entity records while partnering closely with internal counsel on more complex matters. You'll bring order to our legal infrastructure, help keep the company protected, and ensure we remain audit-ready and compliant across jurisdictions.
What You'll Do Legal Operations
Review, draft, and manage standard contracts, NDAs, and commercial agreements
Maintain an organized contract database and track renewals
Prepare and file entity formations, foreign qualifications, branch registrations, and annual reports
Maintain corporate records, including resolutions, operating agreements, and minute books
Support lease reviews, renewals, and insurance policy updates
Organize and escalate complex legal matters to internal counsel with complete documentation
Compliance
Conduct KYC/AML checks and OFAC screenings for customer and vendor onboarding
Track and renew all business licenses, registrations, and certifications
Review and monitor vendor insurance certificates to ensure correct coverage and timely renewals
Prepare and file Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reports under the Corporate Transparency Act
Perform vendor due diligence and verify regulatory compliance
Maintain audit-ready compliance records and support internal and external audits
