Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) is one of the largest integrated sports and entertainment companies in the country with one of the most diverse partnership groups in all of sports. MSE owns and operates seven major and minor sports teams: 2018 NHL Stanley Cup Champion Washington Capitals, NBA's Washington Wizards, WNBA's 2019 Championship Washington Mystics, NBA G League's Capital City Go-Go, 2021 & 2020 NBA 2K League Champion Wizards District Gaming and Caps Gaming, an esports sub-brand of the Capitals. Additionally, it holds a significant investment in a seventh professional team, Team Liquid, an endemic esports team owned and operated by aXiomatic, in which MSE is an investor.
In September 2022, MSE acquired the regional sports network, then-called NBC Sports Washington and newly rebranded as Monumental Sports Network. Monumental Sports Network now holds the exclusive local television media rights to Capitals', Wizards', and Mystics' games. The network is both a linear channel and a digital operation. Prior to acquiring the linear platform, the digital platform was launched by MSE in 2016, as the first-of-its-kind regional sports network for digital, mobile, and streaming platforms. Those linear and digital platforms are now combined and join Caps Radio, Wizards Radio, MSE Outdoor and Monumental Productions for a full suite of six media enterprises.
In addition to Capital One Arena - a venue which hosts 3M+ visitors across over 250 events annually, MSE also manages MedStar Capitals Iceplex (training facility for the Capitals), MedStar Health Performance Center (training facility for the Wizards, Mystics, and Go-Go) and EagleBank Arena (a 12,000+ live event venue on George Mason University's campus).
In July 2020, MSE partnered with William Hill (subsequently acquired by Caesars Entertainment) to open the first ever in-arena sportsbook in North America, now called Caesars Sportsbook.
MSE opened "District E powered by Ticketmaster" in the spring of 2023, a flagship esports and entertainment venue. This 14,000-square-foot live-event theater offers a 365-day-a-year series of immersive experiences in esports, music, culinary excellence, event programming, and community events.

Position Overview: The Marketing Game Night Staff/Brand Ambassador will be positive, upbeat, and committed to promoting the Washington Capitals in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area. This is a part-time position to support the Washington Capitals Marketing Department.

Responsibilities:
* Assist with all aspects of set-up, execution, and breakdown of gameday giveaways and theme night activations.
* Assist with the setup of in-arena signage and gameday programs.
* Engage and interact with fans at home games and community events to enhance fan experience and champion the Capitals brand.
* Support with special event responsibilities including distribution of promotional items, community activations, and more.
* Serve as an ambassador to the Capitals in the community.
* Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Minimum 18 years of age.
* Passionate about sports and supporting the Capitals and the other MSE franchises.
* Previous marketing/promotional/event/street team experience preferred.
* Able to interact with guests and fans in an energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly manner.
* Ability to exercise discretion when working with confidential information.
* Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Able to move quickly throughout the arena using stairs, elevators, and escalators.
* Ability to lift at least 20 pounds unassisted.
Pay Rate: $17.95 USD/hour.

We are looking for motivated and charismatic drivers to join our local Krew. At this time we are only hiring for part-time positions. Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a driver's license and a clean driving record. This is a fast-paced and fun job in a quick-growing company where one day will never EVER be like the next! We serve at a wide variety of local activities, such as school events, sports games and tournaments, large festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood get-togethers, weddings, birthdays, and other unique events where you'll be serving up shaved ice and smiles.
A level 2 Krew Member, along with all the responsibilities of a level 1 (serving), includes training on and responsibilities for driving the Kona Entertainment Vehicle (KEV) to and from events.
Job Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age with a driver's license and a clean driving record.
Must be drug-free and able to pass a background check.
Able to work nights and weekends.
Able to lift 25 pounds
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Greeting and serving customers with consistent positivity and enthusiasm
Driving a Kona Ice truck to and from events
Taking orders with speed and accuracy
Closely following sanitation and food safety preparations and performing basic cleaning of unit/warehouse
Accept payments and operate Square point of sale
Complete beginning and end of shift prepping, stalking, and event tracking
