Cons of working at Cascade Natural Gas

The regional management was terrible. They continued to bonus while the actual district level employees fought to earn 25 cent raises. The employment terms offered are not competitive with their utility counterparts. It is difficult to hire skilled capable workers with compensation packages well below the market terms. Once hired it's impossible to move up in the company unless you're male and the regional manager believes you'll carry out every action on their terms. Just a terrible toxic work environment unless in the general office.
