    The Associate Clinical Case Planner's responsibilities consist of supporting customer surgeons in the pre-operative surgical planning process. Associate Planner is responsible for generating pre-operative templates on the TPLAN 3D planning workstation, online platform and all other pre-operative planning platforms offered by THINK Surgical. Patient CT scans are processed for 3D model generation, pre-operative implant planning, implant sizing and positioning. The Case Planning team adheres to quality standards and provides documentation and record-keeping for all cases planned and transferred to the online portal. This position will be remote based in the Eastern or Central time zones. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Adhere to HIPAA, FDA, and GMP guidelines. Use TPLAN Workstation and proprietary planning software to process pre-operative CT scans for surgical templating. Support THINK Surgical Clinical Support team on all aspects of the TPLAN Workstation and online software. Adapt to ongoing changes to the software and implant modules. Work closely with the development team by providing customer and user feedback, bug reporting, etc. Represent the company with the highest levels of professionalism to maintain our market brand/image as a world leader in medical robotics.
