What You Will Be Doing
- Order medical and billings records, police reports, and other supporting documentation in preparation of settlement demand.
- Request auto policy limits, property damage estimates and photographs, and other pertinent information.
- Organizes, reviews, summarizes and prepares medical records, wage loss information and other documentation for settlement demand.
- Composes and types routine correspondence; proofreads and edits various documents.
- Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including email and faxes.
What You Should Have
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- 2+ Years of Legal Work Experience (Personal Injury Preferred)
- Technical skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Case Management Software and other databases
- Bachelor’s Degree with an interest in pursuing a paralegal certificate
- Spanish is a big plus.

What You'll Do
The Case Coordinator position is a “front-line” service position on the Clinical Operations team, responsible for providing assistance to clients who are requesting short-term counseling services. Working with both internal and external clients to deliver outstanding service, the Case Coordinator will:
- Act as an initial point of contact for clients requesting counseling services, providing education about KonTerra’s ERP/EARP services.
- Connect clients with mental health professionals, matching clinical expertise and using jurisdictional guidelines
- Provide same-day response for case inquiries
- Track and manage activity in the case management system
- Participate in meetings and training as required.
The Skills and Experience You'll Need
- Customer Service and/or Case Coordination experience in a medical or mental health environment
- Experience using case management systems
- Strong record-keeping and data entry/management experience
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Groups, etc.)

+ Helping patients and their families to navigate and access community services, other resources, and adopt healthy behaviors and is based out of the PPOC South Office. The covered areas include cities and towns in the south region of Massachusetts for pediatric patients cared for in Boston Children's Pediatric Physician Organization at Children's (PPOC) member practices.
