Planned Parenthood of Greater New York is seeking a Case Management Coordinator to join our Project Street Beat team. This is a full-time position located in New York City at the Project Street Beat offices in the Bronx.

Provides support to Director of Care Management in the day-to-day operations of HIV care coordination, harm reduction and supportive services for Project Street Beat (PSB). Coordinates case management service delivery and ensures the quality of service delivery and documentation meets the standards of PPGNY and funders. Provides supervision for Case Managers and Engagement Specialists, as well as case management services when case managers are unavailable.
