Specifically, we're looking for a Commercial Counsel, Procurement to join our Commercial Legal team. In this role, you'll work closely with individuals across the organization in support of various legal-related matters, with a primary focus on supporting procurement and vendor onboarding. You will be reporting to the Managing Commercial Counsel, Procurement.
This role is based in our San Francisco or Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in‑office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you'll achieve:
Strategically partner with our internal business stakeholders to draft and negotiate inbound commercial agreements and supporting documents.
Provide timely and practical legal advice on a variety of requests, taking into account the relevant legal issues and risks, agreement structure, approval process, and company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, including Finance, Sourcing, Procurement Ops, Privacy, and Security, to develop processes and enforce applicable policies as they relate to global commercial contracting.
Enable and train internal stakeholders by providing direct guidance on commonly requested revisions and non‑standard terms and structures and respond to general process questions.
Apply original, innovative thinking on a continuous basis to improve processes and systems, manage change, and better service business needs, including developing scalable contracting frameworks, playbooks, and standards to support a business in high‑growth mode.
Support and manage a variety of ad‑hoc projects with the team as they arise.
Stay abreast of emerging laws, regulations, and judicial decisions relevant to our business, conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the implications and potential impact of these developments, and share knowledge with colleagues and develop guidance materials, as necessary.
About you:
4+ years of relevant experience, preferably working in‑house at a SaaS technology company.
Law degree from an accredited law school and admitted to practice law in the U.S.
Prior experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (including the purchase of goods contracts, services agreements, consulting agreements, and licensing and SaaS agreements), and supporting agreements, such as DPAs, BAAs, and AI terms.
Excellent legal and business judgment, integrity, and emotional intelligence; able to quickly assess material risks, provide practical guidance, and make the complicated understandable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and comfortably with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated success working cross‑functionally with People, Enterprise Technology, Security, Privacy, and Sourcing to set objectives and produce meaningful results that have tangible business impact.
Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision‑making.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and work efficiently and independently in a high‑volume, results‑oriented environment.
Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and able to work independently on multiple complex projects while thriving in ambiguity and maintaining focus on closing deals that protect Asana's values and business interests.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $202,000 - $256,000 for San Francisco, and $181,000 - $206,100 for Chicago.
The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.

The preferred candidate will possess exceptional written and oral communication, organization, and time management skills. Candidates should have familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite of products. Job Summary:
The Adoption and Guardianship Subsidy CaseManager provides senior-level casemanagement with direct/indirect assistance to hard to place adoptive children and their families. Completes all required documentation on approved cases to comply with state and federal requirements. Assures that adoption subsidy agreements are executed prior to the finalization of the adoption. If casemanagers reduce, terminate or deny services for the child, the casemanager must inform the adoptive parent of their appeal right/due process, and prepare the case for the appeal hearing.
Provides training/technical assistance to adoptive parents and adoption workers on department policies/procedures. Provides DCS permanency staff with ongoing information regarding the adoption subsidy application process, documentation requirements, statutory time frames and prior authorizations requirements. Ensures that all processes are completed timely and accurately in computer software systems that allow for payments to be processed and medical coverage to be in place.

Remote Crisis Intervention Specialist Training
Lines for Life requires extensive Crisis Lines Onboarding training, which can be completed remotely. New hires must attend 5 weeks of paid crisis lines onboarding training. The next training begins March 9th and consists of 3 weeks between 8:30am - 5:00pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, plus 2 weeks of additional precepting training. The schedule for precepting can vary as we are a 24/7, 365 day a year operation, so flexibility in your availability is needed to complete the precepting portion of the training. We want to make sure that all candidates understand that while you do get a scheduled lunch break, even missing half hour portions of these trainings can result in training expectations not being met. The group home offers community-based, home-like atmosphere while providing a structured and therapeutic environment to meet the residents' needs. The program is designed for individuals with a history of behavioral difficulties that cannot be successfully maintained in their family home setting, a history of multiple unsuccessful placements, as well as victims of abuse/maltreatment and trauma. The program provides individual, group, and family therapy with 24-hour supervision within a highly structured therapeutic milieu
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Enhanced Support Team Supervisor, the Crisis Intervention Specialist supervises clients, provides a safe and secure environment and applies agency-approved methods of behavior modification including the point system, verbal de-escalation techniques, and physical intervention if needed. Shifts assigned may vary and change according to Agency needs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
If no Bachelor's degree, 1+ years experience in residential care with children and / or adolescents.
Must have and maintain a valid NYS Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients on campus and in group settings.
Respond to crises.
Assess situation and make determinations of safest alternative according to TCI protocol.
Use verbal de-escalation techniques.
Use safe and approved physical interventions, when necessary.
Communicate with AOD.
Demonstrate knowledge of human development stages.
Report behaviors believed to be symptomatic or emotional, physical, or psychological disturbances.
Document clients' behaviors and activities in CST/group home log.
Complete critical incident reports.
Maintain appropriate boundaries.
Complete CFTSS documentation for individual and group sessions.

Hourly Rate:
$24.00/Hour
