Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CUA CaseManager Supervisor to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of CaseManagers responsible for providing comprehensive casemanagement services to children and families within the CUA (Community Umbrella Agency) framework. You will also supervise a Case Aide and an Outcome Specialist. Your guidance and support will ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance with agency standards, and positive outcomes for the families we serve.
Work includes assigning cases, reviewing case activities, determining training and developmental needs, training employees, reviewing worker performances, and initiating corrective action when necessary.
Some of the duties and responsibilities are:
Function as part of the larger CUA team responsible for achieving the target goals of improving safety, permanency, and well-being of children, youth, and families.
Plans, assigns and reviews the activities of a group of casemanagers performing casework functions within the CUA; recommends changes in practices and procedures to increase operating efficiency and expedite work flow; confers with superiors on policies, rules, and regulations related to social service functions; consults with private and public welfare agency officials on established procedures and problem areas; recommends establishing or modifying current methods and policies; confers with superior on unusual social service problems.
Screens cases initially to determine level of risk to individual, individual's eligibility for program, and services required; reviews cases for socio-economic, medical, educational, employment and/or other information; assigns cases and meets with appropriate social worker to discuss status of cases, problems encountered, basis for actions, and alternative solutions; reviews and discusses progress, reviews workers' reports; provides supportive liaison services and assistance when required; reviews recommendations for case closings and transfers; evaluates workers' performance

SUMMARY: We are seeking a Conflicts and Business Intake Compliance Counsel. The ideal candidate will act as counsel to the law firm in identifying and resolving actual and potential conflicts of interest arising out of new business intake and the hiring of lawyers and staff joining the firm, as well as assisting with the onboarding of clients, matters, lawyers and staff. Core responsibilities include counseling lawyers and staff in resolving actual and potential conflicts and providing legal and operational support for the Office of General Counsel in its implementation of risk management strategies relating to new business intake, legal hiring, compliance and other legal matters involving the firm. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform initial review of conflicts reports requested by firm attorneys, identify actual and potential conflicts of interest and coordinate resolution of conflicts among all involved parties.
Advise the firm and its attorneys regarding the appropriate form and terms of engagement letters for use in documenting new engagements and counseling and assisting attorneys on drafting such letters as needed.
Approve engagement letter drafts prior to distribution to clients and assist with drafting waivers for inclusion in engagement letters or separate letters as required.
Monitor compliance with new business intake instructions and requirements, such as the completion and execution of appropriate engagement letters and any necessary waivers, implementation of ethical screens where necessary and assessment of intake risk by the firm.

Provide legal advice to the firm and its personnel regarding various professional responsibility and risk management matters as required by the Office of General Counsel.
