Description
As a member of Apple's commercial litigation team, you will not be merely monitoring outside counsel. Rather, you will personally be formulating and driving strategy as well as working with a number of cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all product areas. The position requires a high degree of self-sufficiency, independent judgment, and a trial-focused approach. Travel is anticipated. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of lawyers, legal specialists, and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience, including experience with competition-related litigation, subpoenas, and other investigations.
JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong technology interest and aptitude.
Trial experience and experience beyond competition related litigation.
Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $180,300 and $271,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

POSITION SUMMARY

Must be fluent in English language, including reading, writing, and must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCES
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited college or university.
Licensed to practice behavioral health services in the state where services are being delivered (LICSW or LMHC required).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
Acts as point of contact for administrative staff for discussion of treatment unit programs and problem resolution as needed.
Coordinates development and revision of policies and procedures for the identification, assessment, and provision of required clinical services for inmates housed in Secure Treatment Units.
Supervises the planning, development and implementation of treatment programs contracted to VitalCore.
Provides clinical and/or administrative supervision to staff of Behavioral Health Services within Secure Treatment Units.
Monitors efforts of Behavioral Health Services in Secure Treatment Units to ensure clinical services are being provided in a timely, professional manner.
Provides and assigns clinical on-call duties.
Provides direct clinical services including individual and group treatment, crisis intervention, as well as providing shadowing and mentor opportunities to front-line clinical staff.
Ensures treatment programs contracted are integrated and appropriately staffed.
Provides administrative support to behavioral health staff.
Coordinates with the facility's Behavioral Health Quality Improvement Program.
Attends training and meetings as required.
Maintain proficiency with all software required for the position, and more specifically, clinical documentation in the designated electronic health record system.
Other duties as assigned.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing practice and work on cutting edge issues for very interesting clients, most of whom provide products or services in the areas of technology, data, entertainment, online services, gaming, and publishing.
If you built your practice at a big firm, you might work with similar clients but most likely you would spend most of your time helping your clients procure these companies' services. Essential Job Functions
US privacy compliance, including compliance with state comprehensive privacy laws and FTC guidance and enforcement.
Analysis and implementation of US sale, share, and targeted advertising choice obligations, and good understanding of AdTech;
Experience advising on compliance with respect to one or more of the following: children's privacy, international privacy laws, and/or information security.
Evaluating contracts for data privacy terms
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in data privacy compliance
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess risk and provide strategic legal guidance.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to think strategically and assess risk.
Comfortable working under tight deadlines that clients sometimes impose.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects, interact with clients, and work effectively as a team member.
In‑house experience is valued; part‑time schedules may be accommodated for the right candidate; more experienced attorneys are valued and welcome.
Location
We are in‑office 3 days per week, and the ideal candidate will be in Washington D.C., or New York, although San Francisco, and Chicago are also options. Eligible candidates must be barred in the jurisdiction from which they will work.
Salary & Benefits
ZwillGen is committed to pay transparency in accordance with applicable wage laws. Base salary will be $225,000 - $300,000/annually depending on experience and desired hours target.

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Field Medical CaseManager at ForzaCare, you'll help injured workers navigate their recovery and return to work. You'll act as the central point of coordination, connecting the injured worker, medical providers, employers, and insurance carriers to ensure timely, transparent, and effective care management.
This role is ideal for licensed nurses or certified rehabilitation counselors. While prior experience in workers' compensation is strongly preferred, those who have it will find their background especially valuable in this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate care between medical providers, employers, insurance carriers, and injured workers.
Attend appointments with the injured workers, which may include visiting employers and injured workers at their place of employment.
Develop, document, and monitor individualized recovery goals and return-to-work plans.
Provide consistent communication and detailed progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure all casemanagement work meets or exceeds customer and compliance requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providers, and internal team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Licensure:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) license with associated college degree is required.
Additional certifications such as CCM, CIRS, or other casemanagement credentials are preferred.
Must comply with all state-specific licensure and certification requirements.
Prior experience in workers' compensation casemanagement is strongly preferred.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance with ability to travel to appointments.
