The Opportunity This position will report to Senior Counsel, Mergers & Acquisitions and will work closely with Valvoline's Acquisitions team, including the other attorneys and professionals focused on the company's strategic transactions. As Acquisitions Counsel, you will assist with acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other transactions, and engage collaboratively to enable the business as a subject matter expert providing advice and legal counsel. In addition to the substantive parameters listed below, the ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, collaborative team player with strong initiative, a keen business sense, a driven work ethic, and a high personal standard of accountability. This is a heavy local travel role responsible for working with a caseload of workers compensation injured workers within a defined jurisdiction.
