The Catering Services Worker supports the event operations team in running successful catering orders and events within the location. The Catering Services Worker supports and carries out event set up, transporting equipment, food, or other supplies to the event location, serving guests during the event, and breaking down/ cleaning up after the end of an event.
Job Responsibilities
Set up catering and event service according to client/customer requests and banquet event order
Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with all vital supplies and equipment
Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested in banquet event order
Replenish Food and Beverage products during events
Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events
Pick up and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service
Break down and clean area after the conclusion of the events and return equipment to accurate storage
Provide excellent customer service to all guests
Follow safety policies and procedures

Job Summary:
The Teletherapist will provide therapy through a HIPAA compliant teletherapy platform in standard 45-60 minute sessions. The average caseload for full-time Therapists will be approximately 30 client sessions per week. We recognize that it may take time to build a solid caseload and are willing to work with you on a part-time basis until you become full-time, if that is your desire. We also hire part-time Teletherapists who have availability to offer at least 7 sessions per week.

Qualifications & Skills:
Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia, and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels; those with clinical licenses in multiples states, in addition to Virginia, are encouraged to apply.

How you'll contribute
The Assessment Specialist receives inquiry calls and assists the caller with scheduling a face-to-face, phone, or tele-assessment-Triages individuals based on safety risk. Assesses or ensures assessment by a qualified mental health professional of patients who present for assessment. Screens for medical and behavioral emergency conditions. Performs a comprehensive assessment and quality therapeutic care to patients seeking treatment for substance abuse, dual diagnosis, or psychiatric or emotional disorders; coordinates with the clinical team/on-call physician to ensure these needs are met at the facility or other appropriate community providers. Interprets treatment to patient and family to help reduce fear and other attitudes obstructing acceptance of care and continuation of treatment. Completes the administrative processes of admission and precertification of care with external payers, as necessary. Administer nursing care to ill or injured persons by assisting in caring for patients by giving direct care. The RN will coordinate and deliver quality general and psychiatric nursing care to patients hospitalized for treatment of substance abuse, dual diagnosis, or psychiatric or emotional disorders. The RN will ensure the safety and well-being of each patient. The RN ensures all medical orders are followed, initiates and follows treatment planning, and acts as a patient advocate at all times.
Responsibilities:
Facilitates response to a request for services, including the initial response, the assessment, the referral process, the designation of the appropriate level of care, admission into services, and appropriate follow-up activity.
Conducts initial evaluation, initiates the assessment, documents patient symptomology, functioning, and needs, and provides information to MD for LOC determination.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills in assisting patients, physicians, visitors, and coworkers promptly and courteously.
Possess clear knowledge of Emergency Detention paperwork and processes and EMTALA.
Maintains all preadmission and admission paperwork with accuracy and completes all pre-certification with insurance companies.
Will monitor patient for change of condition and respond accordingly up to and including notification of the physician.
RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration.
RN will consistently use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients.
Assists/performs comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients.
Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Education: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing or relevant state licensure required
Experience: Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred. Experience in patient assessments, family motivations, treatment planning and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities
License: Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
Additional Requirements: CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact. Must be at least 21 years of age. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.

The ED Psych Assessment Specialist provides services to patients with mental health complaints from adolescents through advanced adulthood in an emergency department setting. Services include initial assessment, crisis, individual and group therapy. Provides psychosocial assessments, interviews, and treatments and works closely with other healthcare team members, community resources, and regulatory agencies to facilitate the transition of patients from the ED to their next continuum of care. Serves as a patient advocate.
Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:
Provides assessment, consultation and referral services to individuals who are self-referred, or referred by physicians, counselors, agencies, and other referral services.
Coordinates and facilitates treatment/referral recommendations with the psychiatrist and other physicians when there are also medical issues to be considered in the placement and treatment plan.

Establishes good working rapport with internal and external providers and care givers. Utilizes effective communication skills in a team environment. Receives and screens incoming calls via multi-line system.
Coordinates the patient's admission internally and externally by serving as a liaison between Emergency Psychiatry Triage services, physician team, nursing team, other mental health professionals, community services and family members as appropriate.
Follows up on all referral inquiries which require further information or action regarding intake or admission procedures.
Maintains current knowledge of the civil commitment process and coordinates involuntary admissions with the local Community Services Board Crisis Service when indicated.

The ED Psych Assessment Specialist provides services to patients with mental health complaints from adolescents through advanced adulthood in an emergency department setting. Services include initial assessment, crisis, individual and group therapy. Provides psychosocial assessments, interviews, and treatments and works closely with other healthcare team members, community resources, and regulatory agencies to facilitate the transition of patients from the ED to their next continuum of care. Serves as a patient advocate.
Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:
Provides assessment, consultation and referral services to individuals who are self-referred, or referred by physicians, counselors, agencies, and other referral services.
Coordinates and facilitates treatment/referral recommendations with the psychiatrist and other physicians when there are also medical issues to be considered in the placement and treatment plan.
Documents on all pertinent intake information in the electronic medical record and Doc to Doc.
Establishes good working rapport with internal and external providers and care givers. Utilizes effective communication skills in a team environment. Establishes, maintains, and promotes positive and professional communication. Demonstrates excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Receives and screens incoming calls via multi-line system.
Coordinates the patient's admission internally and externally by serving as a liaison between Emergency Psychiatry Triage services, physician team, nursing team, other mental health professionals, community services and family members as appropriate.
Follows up on all referral inquiries which require further information or action regarding intake or admission procedures.
Maintains current knowledge of the civil commitment process and coordinates involuntary admissions with the local Community Services Board Crisis Service when indicated.
Must be knowledgeable of external resources available in the community to access appropriate resources for the patient.
Demonstrates the ability to work within a technologically advances environment to facilitate patient throughput. Operates specialized software programs and computer systems that include but not limited to bed board, Tele-tracking, web x-change, epic and outlook.
Weekends: Fri/Sat/Sun 7am-7pm
What We Require:
Education: Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
Experience: One to three years of related experience is required
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: BLS required
Other Minimum Qualifications: Effective interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills required. Must be able to complete orientation and competency validation for the position successfully. Must have crisis intervention skills, cultural competence, integrity, and courteous disposition.
