About the role Job Summary: The Clinician I will assist the Director of Outpatient Services ensuring the provision of quality care in an outpatient mental health clinic serving individuals with co-occurring disorders. S/he will provide weekly supervision to Master Level clinicians, interns, or other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure clients receive comprehensive assessments and individualized service plans; and provide group treatment services using evidence-based practices, as needed. They will also ensure service utilization benchmarks and reporting requirements for funders are met in a timely manner. As part of the Casa Esperanza, Inc. team, the Clinician I will provide services in a fully integrated, holistic, and collaborative manner using a team-treatment approach, to ensure the coordination of all client services, both across Casa programs as well as with external providers.
