Or, an associate's degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, education or a related human service field along with either two years of experience working with persons who have a serious emotional disturbance or serious mental illness, or two years of experience that provides an understanding of mental illness. Applicants that are in process of obtaining a degree may also be considered.
Familiarity with community resources

Overview:
The Recovery Case Manager (RCM) will be expected to facilitate the client's passage through the 12-Steps. Ideally, this will involve steps 1 thru 8. They will also assist clients with inventory instructions in step 4. RCM's will also meet with their clients regularly on a one-on-one basis. Travel throughout NH to meet with families and providers (mileage is reimbursed)
Qualifications:
2+ years of Case Management experience or closely related work
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency with documentation and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel within the state of NH
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree preferred; Candidates with extensive relevant experience in case management or related areas are strongly encouraged to apply
Experience with developmental disabilities

Valid driver's license and proof of valid auto insurance
