Key Responsibilities:

Crisis interventions include de-escalation, service linkage, and short term stabilization management.

Job Requirements:
* Valid NJ School Counselor Certification
* Commitment to supporting the school's mission
* Provides counseling and guidance services to high school students regarding academic, college, career, social, and emotional needs.
* Current knowledge and experience with college admissions and the college counseling process preferred. Experience with Scoir and Realtime is a plus.
* Experience and knowledge with 504, I&RS, and Testing
* Excellent communication skills are a must

The range of the salary for this position is $62,600 - $112,671 (to be prorated according to start date) according to qualifying experience.
