Caseload: Support assigned students in special education programs

Pay Range: $45-$55+/hr
Responsibilities:
Provide and coordinate social work services in accordance with student IEP mandates.
Develop and implement individualized support plans tailored to each student's social and emotional needs.
Collaborate with teachers, counselors, psychologists, and administrators to promote positive student outcomes.
Engage with parents, guardians, and community partners to establish a supportive network for students.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation (session notes, progress reports, reviews, etc.).
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss student progress and adjust support plans as needed.
Contribute to school-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing student well-being.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state social work regulations.
Requirements:
Valid Colorado Social Worker License (LMSW or LCSW) or equivalent.
Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited program.
Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred;new graduates with relevant experience will also be considered.
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

What you will do

Conducts clinical intake assessments on veterans and family members as needed

Attends weekly clinical, supervision, and administrative meetings
