St. George Regional Hospital has three full-time Certified Child Life Specialists positions within the Pediatric Unit, Emergency Department, and Same Day Surgery and one full-time Child Life Assistant. This position is for the Same Day Surgery unit.

Previous Emergency Department, bereavement support and trauma experience in the Child Life field is preferred.

Pay Rate Determination: Placement within the DCS Specialist step pay plan may include credit for qualifying years of service as an OCWI Investigator Senior, in addition to prior DCS Specialist experience, in accordance with agency policy.
Training Details:
The CORE program includes seven weeks of classroom training within the 22-week program. Classroom sessions occur in one- to three-week blocks and are held in midtown Phoenix. Eligible hires receive hotel accommodations, as well as meal and mileage reimbursements during required in-person training.

Position Summary
This position provides part-time outreach case management services to unsheltered individuals and/or families in Salt Lake County. Objectives will be to create supportive relationships with homeless individuals through street outreach and provide case management support towards individual stabilization and permanent housing. Additionally, they will work to engage and educate community members on homelessness issues, helping them to gain a better understanding of homelessness issues and empowering them to participate in resolutions.
Essential Duties
Assist clients in developing goals/service plan that will help them overcome homelessness, identify and address barriers to obtaining/maintaining housing. Including but not limited to CE Enrollments, Case plans, CTG, housing waitlist etc.
Maintain a caseload of up to 7 individuals
Identify priority needs, (i.e. Pregnancy, IV/IM substance user, dual diagnosis, and other medical conditions) and coordinate services as needed.
Participate in regularly scheduled clinical case reviews in order to ensure appropriate case planning and referral of clients to the most appropriate service provider.
Provide direct, Trauma Informed Care case management services to clients, including crisis intervention, outreach, ongoing assessments (i.e. , SPDAT, Lethality Assessment, Crises response plans etc.), goal setting, creative problem solving, agency and community resource utilization, and network building.
Maintains client records, enters case management notes in the UHMIS system, and collects any statistical data as required, and participate in research and/or special projects as needed, as directed and both timely and consistently.
Assess medical emergencies, and provides immediate and professional response to any emergency following appropriate policies and procedures. (contacting emergency medical, utilize Naloxone kits, LAP assessments, Crisis response planning, Etc.)
Maintain a positive working relationship with community partners, team members, community members, business owners, emergency services, PD, and all other community or government stakeholders.
Assist in resolving conflicts utilizing de-escalation skills and trauma informed practices.
Evaluate own performance to increase effectiveness as an Outreach Case Manager.
Assist clients with moving belongings into housing.
Assist with community education, training, response, and problem solving around homelessness issues in Salt Lake City.
Ability to safely use agency vehicles to provide transportation.
Attend work on a punctual, regular, and predictable basis.
Perform other functions as necessary or assigned.
Attend work as scheduled and arrive at the designated time for a total of 24 hours per week.

Backcountry is seeking a Paid Social & Influencer Manager to support the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social and creator-led programs across our multi-brand portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, highly organized, AI-forward, and excited by performance marketing, creator content, and social-first storytelling. You'll partner closely with the Performance Marketing Director and cross functional teams to launch and optimize campaigns, manage influencer workflows, coordinate programs like TikTokOne and YouTube Open Call, and ensure insights and creative learnings are implemented in future campaigns.
This is a highly collaborative execution role with significant impact on revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and brand visibility.

What you get to do every day:
* Operate as the in house resource for paid social strategy and execution across the companys brand portfolio across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms. Manage campaign set up including audience targeting, creative management, tracking, A or B tests, and reporting.
* Own daily monitoring of performance, pacing, and budgets to deliver iROAS, CAC, and new customer goals.
* Monitor incremental ROAS iROAS weekly and conduct controlled experiments in LiftLab and native platform tools to accurately isolate incremental impact to optimize campaign effectiveness.
* Regularly report on paid social performance to key collaborators. Translate complex data into actionable insights for future campaigns.
* Collaborate with the performance marketing, ecommerce, and brand marketing teams on paid social creative briefing and media plans aligned with our go to market calendar.
* Be the advocate for channel needs like creative diversity and best practices.
* Build and maintain testing frameworks to identify top performing creative themes, formats, and messaging angles. Translate findings into clear testing recommendations for future briefs.
* Manage workflows for influencer briefs, content routing, approvals, and rights tracking.
* Maintain organized creative libraries and documentation of creator rights, usage periods, and paid amplification guidelines.
* Refine custom landing pages ensuring every user touchpoint from ad click to conversion is tailored, measurable, and consistently high performing.
* Support TikTok One campaigns including brief development, creator selection, Spark or whitelisting approvals, and QA.
* Coordinate YouTube Open Call submissions, content organization, and performance reporting.

What you bring to the role:
* 3 plus years of experience in paid social, digital marketing, creator or influencer management, or performance marketing.
* Hands on experience with one or more platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube or Google Ads, or similar.
* Proficient analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain campaign performance to team members and leadership.
