For being such a large company, everyone is treated like family. I have worked for several large companies in my work history and my experience with Cash-Wa has been the absolute best. From the CEO to the janitors...everyone is treated with respect and kindness. It is a create all-inclusive environment.
All the food - I think I've gained 30 lbs!
The food that vendors bring in to sample, the events that are always happening and the flexibility.
Consistently requiring their truck drivers to work past legal hours. 80 to 90% of the drivers are working over legal D.O.T. Hours. Pays straight time only no overtime pay.
