General Summary
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the overall integrity and maintenance of a store's inventory. Maintain on hand integrity throughout the store by reviewing inventory discrepancies to determine the cause of the discrepancy. Counts must be adjusted as needed after the matter has been properly researched.
Maintain oversight of the following functions within store operations: price change completion, integrity of location codes, manage inventory levels, and adjustments.
Coordinates store preparation for periodic full store physical inventories.
Participates in all Inventory Coordinator training and consistently trains and shares knowledge with other store associates.
Work with various Store Support Center departments to ensure proper inventory controls are in place.
Partner with members of management to report and find solutions for inventory concerns.
Complete all other inventory functions as assigned by management.

The BIM Designer III will be responsible for revising existing design files, creating new design files based on comments from senior designers and engineers, and mentoring/reviewing work of designers with less experience. This role will also lead design projects and teams. Duties will focus not only on using Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Autodesk Construction Cloud but also Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. The BIM Designer III will also mentor junior designers, conduct clash detection studies, and collaborate with engineers, vendors, and contractors.
Essential Duties:
Functional Operations:
Create design files of equipment and identify clashes between manufacturing equipment, process connections, and facility infrastructure
Prepare designs, layouts, drawings, and bills of material for major maintenance, facility improvements, and other projects
Federate and manage BIM structural, architectural, and MEP/FP models and CAD drawing files
Produce 3D models using the latest design specifications for graphic walk-throughs with Navisworks
Assist in designing equipment models for federated BIM models, including process, HVAC, and electrical connections
Export DWG, NWC, and other formats for collaboration
Develop conceptual designs for manufacturing/facility equipment and system expansions/upgrades
Review models, drawings, and details for accuracy and consistency
Schedule data for BIM models
Develop CAD/REVIT/BIM Templates
Navigate models for coordination
Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement:

Job Summary:

Job Details:
The Store Manager leads Mattress Firm's vision, Company Initiatives, and achieves sales performance goals by holding associates accountable for the execution of in-store merchandising in multiple store units. New Hire Onboarding and Team Building

Have 30-60-90-day check-ins with new team members to discuss progress and opportunities.
Workforce Management
Conduct workforce management activities (store staffing schedule, reconciling punches, etc.), utilizing Operations team support and tools.
Ensure company policies, including appearance and functionality standards, and state regulations are followed.
Professional communication and representation of Company brand in all internal and external interactions.
Follow Company procedures for product transfers to ensure proper documentation of inventory.
Ability to plan strategically.
Analyze company provided reporting to determine appropriate staffing levels for store location. Partner with leadership to make staffing level changes.
Talent Development
Provide technical and product knowledge information to associates and customers, serve as subject matter expert
Analyze company provided reporting and identifying skill gaps to address through coaching.
Business Operations and Acumen
Achieve or exceed individual store financial targets through effective execution and customer service at the store level.
Ensure store execution of product merchandising, marketing and POP standards.
Partner with marketing to plan, implement and monitor assigned store's social media strategy to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
Ensure timely opening and closing procedures.
Manage stock inventory levels for assigned store.
Review merchandise flow for assigned store, ensuring accurate stock.
Follow all Company procedures on cash handling including acceptance of payment and deposit processes.
Adhere to all sales processing policies to ensure the proper creation and execution of customer invoicing.
Ability to stand or sit for 8+ hours at a time.
Execute company initiatives and any other activities requested by the supervisor.
Maintain awareness of competition, advertisements and services offered, develop strategies to counter.
Conduct store level inventory process and research any discrepancies. Partner with leadership and corporate partners as needed.
