Compensation: 60-day training hourly rate upon hire = $20.00 to $20.00. Following the training period, this position pays an hourly rate of $16.50 - $16.50. This position is eligible to earn weekly, and monthly incentives based upon sales. Incentive amounts range from 2% to 15% and differ based on product types.
Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.

The Opportunity
Under direct supervision of the Front End Supervisor, the Checker is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently, performing cash register operations and safeguarding company assets. Must be able to bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods of times.

Overview
The Cashier utilizes the POS system and accepts payment. Prepares and serves concession items to guests. Ensures quality of grab & go market presentation. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.00 and is tip eligible

Responsibilities
Conduct the POS system for sales by entering the orders and completing the transaction oer guiding guests through the self-check out process.
Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels, and communicating to the Senior Premium Supervisor of low stock items.
Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns
Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work space including but not limited to disposal of garbage & empty containers.
Serve beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages responsibly. Must check guest's ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement for purchase of alcoholic beverages.
Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be 18 or over
Three or more months' experience in food service industry preferred
Previous cash handling experience preferred.
Ability to learn to handle cash and learn to operate a cash register and corresponding system
Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
