Essential Functions/Responsibilities
General Responsibilities
Report to work on time.
Get start-up bank from Pool Manager.
Verify pool passes by scanning each guest pass.
Process transactions for daily fees.
Answer the telephone and answer patron questions.
Be an ambassador to the public for the Park District.
Enforce pool entry rules.
Maintain an organized work area.
At the end of the shift count money accurately, complete the balance sheet, put money in an envelope with reports and put deposit in safe.
Complete any other duties assigned.
Customer Service
Staff will greet all guests in a friendly manner.
Staff will always be courteous.
Staff will provide the guests with accurate information in all park district communications.
