As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We'll give you amazing continuous support for everything.

JOB PURPOSE
We created our telephone mystery shopping program to support our training programs. Telephone mystery shopping, Signature Worldwide style, allows clients to recognize what needs to be changed, where they are excelling and how responsive they are to callers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountable to set own schedule.
Prepare for shop calls by researching necessary information to improve realism.
Complete shop calls in such a manner to maximize training value and realism.
Consistently interpreting and following specific shopping instructions and scenarios.
Achieve call center work standards.
Make assigned shop calls and record in the shopping system.
Meet with Call Center Supervisor monthly for shopping guidance and/or clarification of assignments or shopping requirements.
Attend training, department, and company meetings as requested.
Consistently Provide feedback on shop calls to supervisor.
Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Availability between 8am and 5pm EST
Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Commitment to company mission, vision, and values.
Intermediate computer and office software proficiency.
Any combination of education and experience that will help candidate be successful.
Previous equipment, customer service, and/or call center experience a plus.
This is a work-from-home (permanent), part-time position with a flexible schedule that you set weekly. Pay is $12/hour paid bi-monthly.
