Reconcile daily cash log and invoices. Ensure complete and accurate deposit packets are delivered to the business office daily. Business management should be notified of any customer pay repair orders and counter tickets left unpaid at the end of the second day of the repair order date. Work with department managers to keep abreast of new products and services offered and any changes in price. Refer customers who have additional questions to the Service Advisor or other appropriate personnel. Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the customer to the appropriate individual for further communication. Give cash refunds accurately to customers for approved returned merchandise. Collect required docs, manage schedule, post rentals & payments. Assists in managing the rental/courtesy inventory. Utilizes TRAC(Toyota Rent-A-Car) at Anderson Toyota Maintain service files in a timely manner (filing, scanning). Communicate effectively all updates and changes with other Cashiers/Receptionists. Performs all duties in a safe manner, immediately reporting any accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to management.
