The Lehigh Valley Phantoms are seeking detail-oriented Warehouse/Stock Associates to keep our inventory moving smoothly. This behind-the-scenes role is critical to ensuring our retail operation is fully stocked, organized, and ready for fans both in-store and on game days. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Stock Management Receive, unpack, and check-in all incoming shipments. Organize merchandise in the stockroom and maintain proper labeling/tagging. Restock sales floor and game-day stands in a timely and accurate manner. Assist with inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventories. Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and warehouse areas. Game Day & Event Support Distribute merchandise to concourse stands prior to puck drop. Support quick restocking during intermissions and peak traffic times. Assist with transporting product, equipment, and displays as needed. Operational Support Assist with setting up promotional displays and signage. Operate tagging guns, box cutters, and other retail stockroom tools safely. Work closely with Store Manager, Supervisors, and Associates to anticipate stock needs. Qualifications Previous retail stockroom, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the hockey season. KPIs for Success Accuracy in inventory receiving and stock replenishment. Timeliness of restocks during game days and events. Organization and cleanliness of stock areas. Minimal stock discrepancies and shrinkage. Responsiveness to sales floor requests for merchandise.
