About the Role: Sitka is looking for a part-time Retail Gear Guide to join our team for the opening of our Mall of America store. You will provide customers with a premium experience and excellent customer service in an engaging and authentic way. You value the opportunity to help customers find the gear that supports their pursuit. In this role, you will report to the Store Manager. This is not a remote position.
