Maintains food service computerized cashier records. Secures money collected for pickup by security agency. Travels to various kitchen sites to cover meal services if needed. Knows basic currency and kitchen math and is able to follow a recipe. Prepares and serves meals outside of the regular school day on occasional basis for special events.
