This position will be responsible for the preparation of loan documents for all consumer loans, including preliminary and final disclosures for Home Equity loans and lines. This position is the primary contact with Retail Underwriting Department & lenders. This position is responsible for the preparation of Adverse Action Notices. This position ensures that documents are accurate, complete and comply with Regulation Z, RESPA, Regulation O, Regulation B, and the CFPB regulations. Back up when required for preliminary disclosure process. Produce required flood documentation upon result of flood determination.
