Monthly Bonus:
Best Care Plus Club Program Month 85%* = $150 monthly
FastTrack Month 50%* = $150 monthly
BestPay Month 60%* = $150 monthly
(Hitting all three = $450 for the month/$5,400 annualized)
*The percentage for each component of the Monthly Bonus is determined by dividing the number of deliveries for the monthly period into the number that accepted each individual component (Best Care Club Program, FastTrack, or BestPay) in the monthly period.
Example:
A store has 100 deliveries for the period measured. Of which, 90 accept Best Care Plus Club Program, 56 accept FastTrack, and 65 accept BestPay. The percentages would be calculated as follows:
Best Care Plus Club Program: 90 ÷ 100 = 90%
FastTrack: 56 ÷ 100 = 56%
BestPay: 65 ÷ 100 = 65%
Note: The percentages for the bonus calculation of the Best Care Plus Club Program, FastTrack and BestPay are not based on the store's current percentage, but on the calculation method above.
Exclusions:
Retypes will be removed as a delivery.
Any agreement returned with less than $40.00 in rental paid into it will be omitted, as well.
Monthly Period Defined:
The monthly time period for the Weekly Delivery Bonus and the Monthly Bonus is not determined by a normal calendar month, but is determined as follows:
1. The first day in the calculation of the month is the Monday preceding the first Saturday in the month. (Example: October's calculation starts on Monday, September 28th, because the first Saturday in the month is October 3rd).
2. The final day in the calculation of the month is the last Saturday of a month. (Example: The month of October ends on Saturday, October 31st giving October five weeks of calculation).
3. Weekly and Monthly bonuses are paid the following month once they are reviewed for accuracy. **In order to be eligible to receive a bonus payment of any kind, the coworker must be employed by the Company at the time the payment is to be made and meet all other requirements that were established by the Company.

Competitive salary is $49500 - $52000/ annually with annual incentive compensation by target:

RMAs need to be 21 or older. Local travel by car is required 100% of the time to visit assigned accounts/locations. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with no DUI/DWI in the last 3 years. You'll need the ability to work full time within the United States without sponsorship. You will need to reside in the geography where you have been assigned. Must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities (up to 10 pounds on a frequent basis; up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis; possibly up to 50 pounds on a seldom basis). Occasionally requires climbing ladders of various heights. Must be able to stoop, kneel, twist and bend. This Opportunity:The primary responsibility of the Behavioral Health Therapist is to provide outpatient behavioral health services to persons of all ages experiencing psychological difficulties in order to help them interact appropriately and develop meaningful relationships within community.What You'll Do:
• Perform interviews with individuals and/or families to aid in identifying presenting problems, assessing mental status and dangerousness, gathering relevant facts of psychosocial history, and assigning accurate diagnoses (using all five Axes of the current DSM manual) that will help determine the best intervention to help the individual and their family achieve their stated goals.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to individuals of all ages using person-centered philosophies and best practices in all service delivery.
• Provide expertise in assessing psychiatric crises and crisis intervention while working closely with psychiatrists.
• Maintain necessary medical records in compliance with state, federal, and agency guidelines.
• Assist individuals and families in meeting other psychosocial needs by referring them to appropriate outside agencies (such as doctors, social services, and Christian Ministries) and providing information needed within the guidelines of confidentiality standards.
• Provide crisis assessments, stabilization, and service coordination in order to de-escalate crisis and potential crisis situations in an effort to maintain lowest level of care that promotes safety.
• Provide coverage or back-up for Emergency Services during clinical hours and on-call coverage after hours and on weekends as needed.
• Maintain licensure as required by licensing board and attend educational trainings/seminars to remain up-to-date on current best practices.
• Maintain positive working relationships within the communities served, including with individuals, families, staff, monitoring and licensing agencies, organizations, funding resources, and other human service agencies.
• Be an active participant in the ongoing continuous quality improvement activities of the agency.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures.
• Provide clinical consultation as required or requested by other professionals within Monarch to provide ongoing professional development and to process difficult client situations that may arise.
• Drive and travel to community locations, various agencies, and other outreach destinations as assigned.
