D&M cashier/overnight stock job description
Productivity Standard: 45 Minutes per pallet
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Must be able to lift boxes of product above head to upper shelves and bend and twist as needed to place product on all shelves including lower shelves.
Operate manual or powered jack to transport and place pallets.
Some stockers may run fork lifts if applicable.
* Work Pallets, filling so that merchandise is properly rotated. Perishables should be worked first (Meat, Dairy, Deli, Frozen and Produce). Make sure empty boxes are kept neatly stacked on a U-boat or in a cart so they do not create a safety hazard for our customers.
* Place full pallets either on floor or in warehouse where they belong and stack older product neatly on top.
- Pull from Stock Room to get out stock and fill shippers and displays. Fill Grocery shelves from back stock and face product on shelves.
* Face Product including rebuilding pallets in aisle 1 and end cap displays.
* Sweep warehouse and any mess in store.
* Wrap Milk crates, stack empty pallets and make a bale (even if small).
* Fill Milk and properly rotate stock.
* Fill Bread, if none to fill then pull forward what is on the rack. Fill from the back of the rack.
- Fill Dairy and Eggs. This means all of Dairy, including Yogurts, puddings, cheeses, butters and anything in the cooler that is Dairy related.
- Fill Ad items in bunkers.
- Fill paper, including Paper Towels, Toilet Tissue, Napkins, Facial Tissue, Styrofoam Plates and Cups.
- Empty Trashcan in the S/R.
- Condense and pull empty soda crates from Coke and Pepsi and put in the crate storage area.
- Pull and fill from freezer.
- Customer Service.
* Any other tasks as assigned by MOD.

Basic Qualifications
+ Minimum high school diploma (its equivalency i.e. GED) or the equivalent work experience.
+ A qualified applicant will be required to demonstrate proficiency in the areas of mathematics, and above average communication skills.
+ In addition to having a professional appearance and demeanor, applicants must also demonstrate a keen and genuine interest in animals and their care.

Work Environment

The Stock Teammate is responsible for maximizing selling potential by ensuring the efficient and effective flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor. Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Consistently achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising through utilizing the company tools and resources.
- Maintain stockroom standard operating procedures (SOP) to support efficient and effective handling and placement of merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures in order to maximize sales and productivity.
- Execute efficient and effective shipment processing by following processing and placement guidelines; track and communicate units per hour productivity to store leadership.
- Support, understand and adhere to Under Armour’s visual standards in order to maximize merchandise presentations when flowing product from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Partner with store leadership to ensure all aspects of replenishment are properly executed to include Fill the Floor, power closes, power opens and merchandise adjustments.
- Communicate merchandising opportunities to store leadership as identified through replenishing size specific quantities throughout the store: recommend and execute merchandising adjustments in compliance with Under Armour’s visual standards.
- Execute markdowns and re-ticketing in the stockroom and on the sales floor; update store leadership on compliance.
- Partner with store leadership to complete stock transfers and process damages.
- Consistently provide support to fellow teammates through sharing of knowledge, helping to complete tasks and/or assisting in customer interactions.
- Engage in, maintain and support safety standards on sales floor and in the stockroom; communicate safety concerns to store leadership.
