The Events & Execution Team Member is responsible for execution details for all Group Sales and/or Sponsorship events. This position is expected to ensure that event execution is flawless, enabling sales and sponsorship divisions to deliver established revenue goals. This key stakeholder will act as a liaison between clients, sales staff, and park stakeholders to create an unparalleled experience that delivers excellent customer service, client loyalty and referrals. This position will also support brand marketing and sponsorship teams with all in-park sponsorship activations and/or needed workflows.
Responsibilities:
Partners with Events and Execution area manager to support all client, sales team, and park team communication and coordination for Group Sales events. Facilitates the necessary collaboration to ensure arrangements and planning details are carried out to exceed client expectations.
Effectively manages day-of event execution for all group events, supervising support teams and serving as lead decision-maker to resolve client issues and requests.
Works closely with sales support staff to ensure all details regarding event order accuracy, catering space, billing, and applicable events execution data entry aspects are all completed and/or updated in a timely fashion.
Support the execution of in-park sponsorships, as needed, to ensure alignment with national and regional agreements.
Will exhibit and adhere to clear and reliable communication standards, serving as the communication hub between clients, vendors, and all internal stakeholders requisite to delivering an exceptional experience.
As requested, may travel between parks to assist with like-events or activities.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Windows.
Experience working in Salesforce CRM, and other related programs.
Strong work ethic, problem solving, time management, attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills including proper grammar for written and verbal communications.
Background or experience communicating with customers via phone and email.

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are communicated to the team.
Keep the team updated on sales activity, customer feedback, and trends.
Collaborate with team members to refine the sales process and improve customer service.
Generate and send quotes based on customer requirements, ensuring pricing and terms align with company goals.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
Product Knowledge & Inventory:
Stay updated on product offerings, features, and trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Assist in stocking, organizing, and merchandising products on the sales floor in an appealing and accessible way.
Assist with receiving and processing new stock.
Conduct stock checks and inventory management to ensure product availability and store organization.
Monitor inventory levels on Shopify, updating product availability as necessary.
Coordinate with the team to reflect any changes in product details, such as variations in size, color, or seasonal updates.
Upload and update products on Shopify, ensuring accurate and consistent product details, including descriptions, images, pricing, and SKUs.
Ensure all listings are high-quality and adhere to the brand's standards.
Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising:
Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers at all times.
Assist with maintaining product displays, ensuring the store is fully stocked and that stock levels are tracked.
Follow visual merchandising guidelines to ensure the store layout is in line with brand standards.
Sales Reporting & Team Collaboration:
Work closely with fellow team members and management to meet store goals and ensure a positive, productive work environment.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance personal and professional growth.
Keep the team updated on sales activity, customer feedback, and trends.
Collaborate with team members to refine the sales process and improve customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
Experience in customer service or in a similar fast-paced environment is an asset.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to build rapport with customers and foster positive relationships.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
Availability:
Flexibility to work weekend shifts, and sometimes evenings and holidays as required.
Qualifications:
Experience working in luxury retail.
Knowledge of the brand and its products.
Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with inventory management systems.
Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms.
