Job Description: As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders to meet our customers' expectations. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new procedures and best practices. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred but not required. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
