Champions Company and Division customer service programs to meet or exceed Division customer service goals. Handles customer relation in a positive manner, including effective resolution of customer complaints. Promotes Albertson's philosophy of personalized service.
Performs ordering, receiving, storing, pricing, stocking and merchandising duties. Assists the Grocery Manager in planning, organizing and directing day-to-day operations of the grocery department and front-end functions, including recommendations regarding regular and seasonal merchandise requirements and special sales needs. Assists in implementing Company and Division merchandising policies and/or Store Director instructions.
May act as back up cashier. Engages in suggestive selling and other sales techniques.
Responsible for the proper accounting of sales, maintenance and storage of cash register detail tapes and the issuance and pick up of money from check stands.
Prepares "to do list" for night stockers, closes out discontinued items and implements price changing procedures. Controls shrink. Prevents the sale of out of code products.
Opens and closes the store.

Implements emergency procedures in the event of equipment and computer software malfunctions.

Position Summary

The AFW Show Floor Staging Associate will physically place merchandise in the showroom at direction of the Visual Designer and Store Management, and will also assist with constructing, painting, and deconstructing displays to provide an excellent visual presentation of merchandise for our customers. The Stager will also tag merchandise with tags that explain the price, merchandise features, and any other additional information that will provide our customers information about the merchandise. Job Summary
The Fulfillment Associate will utilize requisitions and order sheets to pick a wide variety of items, place and arrange items in containers and bins following specific instructions and arrange containers on pallets. The Associate will check containers for damage, and confirm correct items and quantities are received. They will perform duties in accordance with standard receiving and operating instructions to ensure inbound and outbound shipments are correct and defect-free.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized
Put incoming stock away, taking inventory and reporting shortages
Keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments
Pick orders as requested by management
Seal and tag containers, confirm accuracy of orders and signing pick tickets to confirm
Ensure correct shipping information is attached and moved to completed orders to shipping area
Place containers on pallets, secure with each container with proper wrapping to ensure a quality delivery (stretch, shrink and strapping wrap)
Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations
Assist in maintaining the security of warehouse
