    Responsible to the Director of Donation Center Operations. Retail Associate will be responsible for greeting customers and determining what each customer wants/needs. Describe merchandise and explain use/operation and merchandise to customers. Build relationships with customers and recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires. Compute sales prices, total purchases, and receive/process cash or credit payments. Have current knowledge of what is "fashionable" and/or "trendy". Have a knowledge base of current designers and products. Maintain knowledge of all sales, as well as policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
