General Job Summary
The Cashier is responsible for register transactions involving the sale and/or return of merchandise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Customer Service
Project a positive representation of Ace Retail Group.
Greet customers entering and throughout the store. Thank customers by name, when possible, when they are leaving the store.
Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
Clear customer checkout lines quickly and efficiently.
Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously and effectively.
Communicate any problem or issue that requires management assistance.
Continually build product knowledge base and possess the ability to assist customers with store layout and product location.
Assist in pricing, stocking, marking and bagging of merchandise.
Register Operations
Follow all cash register transaction procedures.
Responsible for balancing of register drawer.
Adhere to any Store Support Center program or promotion that may require implementation at the cash registers.
Participate in store and Cashier meetings.
Front End Appearance and Upkeep
Keep the front end, including checkout areas and entrance doors neat and clean at all times. Face and dust front end.
Assist with keeping impulse counters stocked and faced, rotate fresh merchandise in as seasons change.
Ensure fresh ads are stocked in shopping carts at all times.
Ensure forms and supplies are stocked at all times.
Assist with decorating the front end according to the Store Support Center program.
Call for cart pickups when necessary.
Inform management when merchandise returns need to be put away.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking a person who identifies strongly with our mission and core values to join our team in Seattle, WA as a First Part Check in the Aerospace Division. This is an ideal role for someone who has at least one year of experience working in the aerospace industry, has a strong attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, can communicate clearly and promptly, strong blueprint reading skills, and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Purpose:
To perform various inspections determining the acceptability of manufactured parts to ensure a quality product.
Responsibilities:
Inspects and determines acceptability of aerospace products, other parts and sub-assemblies as required.
Performs first part, in-process inspections.
Understands customer requirements and assures compliance to standards.
Audits procedures for adherence to standards.
Provides leadership and training in quality improvement and manufacturing processes.
Maintains required documentation to assure process control.
Assists in corrective action on non-conforming parts or process controls to assure conformance on future jobs.
Follows procedures for product inspection, documentation and approval.
Ensures the adherence to company safety and health standards, policies and procedures by monitoring personnel, machinery and work environment.
Immediately notify supervisor and/or Safety Manager of any safety and health concerns and problems.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High school degree or better with shop math required.
1 year aerospace manufacturing experience required
Knowledge of inspection devices and tools required.
Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and teamwork; ability to work according to timelines and customer specifications required.
Some experience in quality/team-oriented manufacturing environment and ability to support working relationships between inspection and manufacturing departments required.
Aerospace inspection experience preferred.
Familiarity with quality inspection tools such as micrometers, bore gages, height gages, and calipers.
Ideal candidate is someone with strong mechanical inspector experience as opposed to strictly a receiving inspector.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
Ability to stand up to 8 hours with standard rest-periods.
Ability to perform work assignments requiring repetitive motions.
Ability to work schedule as assigned.

* Work with and in the Navy Maintenance Database (NMD) and use the available application program to support development of work items/specifications and labor, material, and cost estimates in accordance with company and NAVSEA instructions and directives.
Qualifications:
* Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and appropriate Trade School or related Armed Forces School or at least 7 years related experience.
* Must have extensive knowledge of Navy ship compartmentation and lay-out.
* Must have the ability to read, understand and validate Work Notification and to determine the scope of work contained within the Work Notification.
* Must have comprehensive writing and communication skills capable of both verbal and written findings and recommendations to the Planner/Estimators.

Ship check products (sketches, photographs, and other data) will support advance planning, writing of repair work items/specifications and estimation of labor, material and subcontractor work at the paragraph and line-item level for U.S. Navy Ship repair work, alterations, and modifications.
Assessing ship's material condition by reviewing work notification scope of work and conducting a ship check to validate the scope of work. Ship checker will collaborate with the planner/estimator in researching ships documents, analysis of ships conditions and test, determining scope of work required by reviewing and validating Work Notifications (2-Kilos).
Interpreting and using all technical and material information available in Navy, Shipbuilder and Manufacturer drawings, technical manuals, documents, or Equipment Manufacture's data and/or other pertinent commercial data to identify repair and modification requirements and to identify, price and order materials.
Identify interferences and any other special circumstances that will impact the planning process and Work Item development.
Support development of work items/specifications in accordance with company and JFMM (Joint Force Maintenance Manual) 4-E requirements using company and NAVSEA instructions and pertinent NAVSEA Standard Items, Class Standard Items, and Local Standard Items.
Work with and in the Navy Maintenance Database (NMD) and use the available application program to support development of work items/specifications and labor, material, and cost estimates in accordance with company and NAVSEA instructions and directives.
Qualifications:
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and appropriate Trade School or related Armed Forces School or at least 7 years related experience.
Must have extensive knowledge of Navy ship compartmentation and lay-out.
Must have the ability to read, understand and validate Work Notification and to determine the scope of work contained within the Work Notification.
Must have comprehensive writing and communication skills capable of both verbal and written findings and recommendations to the Planner/Estimators.
Must have knowledge of U.S. Navy ship construction, shipboard systems, equipment, and their operations, the JFMM and NMD.
Must be familiar with Standard Drawing Indexes, Navy Standard Drawings, blueprints, systems diagrams, EOSS, CSOSS, Navy acronyms, and other technical publications and references.
Desired Qualifications:
Prefer a self-starter with the ability to work well with others as part of the ship check team.
Security Requirements:
Must be able to obtain and maintain at least a DoD Confidential Security Clearance and a Common Access Card (CAC) to gain access to Government information and work sites, naval shipyards, and private shipyards.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel -less than 10%
10% overseas travel expected. Must be able to obtain a Passport, CAC and or DBIDS pass.

Physical Requirements:
Physical ability to climb ladders, transit decks and perform work on Navy vessels and the harsh environments found in shipboard compartments.

The Cage Cashier's responsibility is to cash checks, issue money to the floor and promote good guest relations. Ensure the customers are receiving efficient and courteous service while playing the games. The Count Team will count all cash, chips and coin from the previous gaming day in a locked room under surveillance. Must be 21 years of age or older.
How You'll Succeed
In this role you will:
Greet customers in a timely manner with positive service skills.
Issue money to floor or shift personnel according to internal control procedures.
Cash checks according to internal control policies and Gambling Commission regulations.
Redeem gaming chips from persons in exchange for currency or coin; receive checks, traveler's checks, and other cash equivalents (e.g. debit card, cash & win) from persons in exchange for currency or coin.
Ensure the proper completion of fills and credits to and from the gaming floor and for signing and ensure the accuracy on the following forms: Fill/Credit form, Notification of Error, Soft Count Reconciliation, Soft Count Drop, Cage Paid In/Out, Strap Variance Log, Chip Cabinet Log, Cashier Window Count Sheet, Cage Bank Count Sheet, Master Game Report and all other daily paperwork required within the cage department.
Verify soft count, work with the Sonoma Player's Reward Club Program, the Fabicash Check Clearing System and Fabitrack System.
Count all cash, chip and coin from the previous gaming day in a locked room under surveillance.
Record all money on the master gaming reports.
Audit games daily and change games as needed. (Pull Tabs)
Assist in other duties and responsibilities as requested.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience and knowledge that includes:
Working knowledge of cash handling and knowledge of State of Washington Gambling regulations and rules.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Previous experience with cash handling.
Two years of prior customer service experience.
Previous experience with Fabitrack system preferred.
Washington State Gaming License required.
High concentration to deal with multiple tasks at the same time.
Ability to interface effectively with co-workers in a small space.
