Contact lenders for loan status updates and relay information. Customer Service & Problem-Solving Provide exceptional guest service, mitigating challenges in the home-buying process. Ability and willingness to bend, squat, stoop, and climb stairs on a consistent basis. Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner. Must be able to manage a cash drawer. Must have excellent communication skills. Must have exceptional grooming standards that are consistent with company guidelines. Must have sales ability and be able to up-sell bottles to cases. Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Must be outgoing and able to approach guests and initiate conversation. Open availability is preferred. More than 4 scheduled shifts a month is required. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Must be able to work special events (i.e. barrel tastings, wine club pick up parties, etc.) Experience with wine desirable but not essential. Positive attitude, good conversational skills and enjoys working with the guests. Fluent in English. Able to engage the guests in a clear and professional manner. What You'll Do As a part-time Sales Lead, you will support leading and motivating our boutique associates to create an engaging guest experience and in turn, drive results. You will also have responsibility for operational processes including opening and closing the boutique.
