In November 2017, Mr. Tano was appointed Chief Executive Officer for Total Airport Services. Since assuming this role, he has guided the company to over 30 percent growth and over $100 million in revenue, with a 14 percent EBITDA margin, and positive NOI. Under his leadership, TAS strengthened their presence in the passenger services market, diversifying and balancing their portfolio between passenger and cargo. At the outset of his tenure, he reorganized TAS executive leadership structure for a flatter, more efficient organization and instituted innovative customer solutions and state-of-the-art IT programs to improve efficiency and customer service.
