He has experience working on programmes across many areas of the financial services industry. And has experience defining and delivering technical and business focused Strategic Architectures and Roadmaps. Iain's main areas of expertise include digital strategy, business model design, customer value proposition design, business architecture, solution architecture, user centric design, project management and programme structuring & delivery. He also has experience designing and delivering Evolutionary Architectures that leverage modern cloud based technologies to deliver change faster, safer and cheaper.Iain has experience working with varied delivery ideologies; Agile CI/CD, SAFe, XP, Waterfall, RUP, Lean & Six Sigma. He currently holds LLMIT, Scrum Master and CMI Level 5 management and leadership certifications and is preparing for the TOGAF 9 level I & II exams.
