Job Summary:

Position Summary:
The Assistant Manager role is a key part of their operations leadership team, assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of a facility. You will be responsible for overseeing the facility and fleet, as well as helping to hire, train and manage our amazing staff members! This is a fast-paced customer-facing role where you will be truly empowered to act like an owner of your facility on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities:
Oversees the physical condition and appearance for the facility and fleet
Monitors the performance of employees within a shift to ensure operational standards are met
Trains employees to perform their specific responsibilities
Completes assigned projects relating to operational improvements, maintenance and shuttle repair
Successfully handles any and all customer service issues that may arise
Enforces all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook
Must be able to respond accordingly if a shift needs to be filled; this means contacting employees to cover the shift or personally covering the shift
Complies with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles
Performs additional duties as reasonably requested by Management
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree or relevant management experience
Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule
Ability to prioritize work and promptly follow directions
Excellent English communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills to gather and summarize data for reports
Currently holds, or is able to obtain, all applicable licenses or badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle, including a valid driver's license, and CDL where required
Must be willing to take a physical and pass as a certified Interstate driver as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/ or state regulations

The Assistant Manager, Practicum Placement will support practicum placements by determining clearances based on site-specific requirements, and initiating communication with current and new sites, and regional managers to gain and maintain an understanding of partnership and business needs.
Role and Responsibilities:
Completes outreach to sites for semester projections.
Maintains communication with new and current sites to build and support partnership satisfaction.
Monitors rotation needs for the function.
Cascades changes and updates through all appropriate channels of communication regarding rotation changes.
Utilizes the partner portal to support consistency in communication.
Completes daily audits of placements and peers to identify any needs for immediate adjustment.
Serves as a subject matter expert and backup for all other roles within the function.
Participates in peer mentoring, onboarding of new collaborators, and supports ongoing training within the function and regularly holds team meetings.
Completes daily, weekly, monthly, and semesterly audits.
Updates and reconciles data for the function.
Participates in the successful implementation of other functional projects as they arise.
Utilizes cross functional interfaces to support consistency in communication and data integrity.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
A minimum of three years of experience processing applications and credentialing in an education or healthcare environment is required.
A minimum of three year of experience in staffing and scheduling is required.
A minimum of three year of experience processing Experiential Learning Placement is required.
Demonstrated experience producing professional communication and correspondence is required.
Demonstrated experience providing a high standard of customer service.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite products is preferred.
Budgeted Hiring Range$64,000-$70,000 USD
All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.
