The only pro to working at Casio was a salary.
Very toxic work environment, my manager was a terrible person who was constantly making comments about the appearance of our female coworkers and ogling them up and down. Drugs could be smelled I. The parking lot and in the back of the warehouse. Coworker was high as a kite all day long, very uncomfortable to be around this person, you never knew which version of this person you would get the angry one or the one who was laughing hysterically.
My favorite perk was knowing that I would be leaving any day now, I looked for other work every single day after just a few short weeks of employment at this terribly managed company.
The best part about the CEO is his plan to move to Jersey City, this move will help get rid of all of the old relic employees who do not care about anything but themselves.
Get rid of the elderly employees who are unbelievably selfish and ignorant, this will pave the way for a younger generation of managers who will actually pay attention to what’s going on around them.
There was no need to prepare to speak to the clueless old men , they just wanted to pass the buck and find someone else to blame for their decades of failure.
Much lower than I am accustomed to.
The workforce was generally diverse aside from the majority of the exceedingly uneducated managers being old and of European descent.
Leaving at the end of the day brought me great joy. Leaving that company brought me great happiness, satisfaction and joy.
It was a job with a decent salary
Toxic work environment, toxic manager, clueless manager. Team members smelled of weed and were high all day.
Not working with toxic team members anymore is the best benefit.
Leadership is non-existent
Get rid of the old boys club and get rid of the pot heads.
I was just myself, I knew I would be hired on my merits and skill.
It’s about average
