Makes direct/indirect contacts in accordance with the person-centered plan with the assigned individuals, develops short- and long-term goals related to the needs presented and is responsible for assuring the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of the person-centered plan of service in residential, employment, school, and other settings. Serves as the primary advocate for assigned individuals, and as the primary liaison with their families, guardians, caretaker and/or their agencies involved in their service network. Provides consultation, referral and in-services to staff, caretakers, families, and other agencies as needed to meet the specialized needs of individuals served. Participates in and assists with placement planning and completes necessary forms and paperwork for placement. This person will assist the Dunes Harbor Family Camp Managers to carry out the mission of Grace Adventures through the ministries purpose. The result will be to provide a safe, Christian environment where families can be impacted. General Responsibilities: Serve guests by maintaining a standard of excellence in office management and customer service Understand Grace Adventures' ministry and be supportive of its goals Understand the reservation system and process Specific Responsibilities: Data entry, print reports, communication with other departments as needed Handle Money, make change, and post payments Answer questions guests may have regarding registering and other needs Assist with all guest registrations and sign-ups Maintain welcome center area in a clean, professional manner Able to be personable, make & and receive phone calls/emails, and welcome visitors in a professional manner Initiative: Must be solution-focused and seek out other tasks Cooperative: Able to function well working closely with others and guests Confidential: Must practice discretion and restraint in the use and of information Maintain professional appearance in compliance with Dunes Harbor's dress code All other duties as assigned by Campground Management Requirements Qualifications: Minimum age: 18 Have a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ Ability to Interact well with others Work well alone and with others Ability to organize, multi-task, and work in an office setting Posses skills with computers and ability to use Google Suite, and online softwares Good health and stamina are required to implement basic office functions Willing to have a flexible schedule (evenings and weekends) Responsible To: Dunes Harbor Family Camp Manager & DH Welcome Center Zone Manager Grace Adventures Ministries is an At-Will employer, which is defined as: At the will of either the employee or the employer, termination can occur at any time.
