The Homecare Aide will assist clients with basic life activities and general household tasks within the client's home. Those activities and tasks may include cleaning, planning and preparing meals, running errands, or any other tasks within the client's Plan of Care. Must have working knowledge of the operations and administration of an FQHC dental clinic including: patient care protocols, quality control regulations, policies, procedures billing and insurances, inventory control, etc. Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills to relate effectively with the dental department and other health center staff. Must acquire nitrous certification within the first 6-9 months of employment. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: HS Diploma, Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous dental experience desired, but not required.
