FUNCTION:
Guided by the company's goals and objectives, the CassPay President provides leadership to ensure the business unit has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The GM will manage the business unit's P&L and analyze all possible improvements to the overall quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Provides day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that mirrors the mission and core values of the company.
Drives the business unit to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, revenue, business goals, and objectives thought the overall management of the business unit's P&L.
Is responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all internal and external processes and provides timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating conditions of the company.
Spearheads the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies.
Collaborates with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, procedures, and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the organization.
Develops and executes promotional plans that support the business unit's brand recognition.
Maintains consistency, relevance and freshness in the business unit's marketing website, PowerPoint presentations, and peripheral materials.
Motivates and leads a high-performance team by attracting and retaining required staff, producing and updating processing standards to assist in evaluation of staff performance, and ensuring proper training programs are developed, implemented, and rigidly adhered too.
Represents the business unit to clients, vendors, and leadership, including board members as requested.
Performs other duties as required or directed by leadership.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Effective collaborator to build alliances with internal and external contacts.
A high degree of interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all Cass departments in all locations.
An extensive understanding of applicable technology, data processing, and familiarity with all Cass systems and differences by location.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and relationships simultaneously.
A high level of analytical skills to evaluate aspects of the economy related to Cass and pricing of Cass services.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Project coordination experience in a service/information oriented or technical environment.
General understanding of the software development lifecycle with a background in SQL preferred.
Prior experience managing a P&L and impacting results in a positive manner.
Travel as required.
MINIMUM LEVEL OF PREPARATION AND TRAINING NORMALLY REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required or equivalent experience.
10+ years of progressively increasing management experience in service/information-oriented operations.

The RM is responsible for building comprehensive financial relationships with existing and prospective clients by combining a thorough knowledge of the client's operations, condition, leadership, growth plans and economic/market trends, to recommend appropriate financial services (loans, deposit accts./ treasury services). Working closely with a Portfolio Manager (PM), the RM is responsible for analysis of a client's or prospect's financial condition to determine the risk of credit extensions and for recommending credit structures to mitigate risks. The RM leads presentations to CCB leadership to obtain loan approval and to the Executive Loan Committee for review. The RM recommends deposit accts. and treasury services to support the client's cash management needs.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
The Relationship Manager is the primary point of contact for all clients where credit may be extended. As part of a team that includes a PM, TMSR and FSR, the RM solicits new client accounts and expands existing client relationships by building comprehensive financial relationships including:
Working with clients and prospects to determine the general creditworthiness of the client/prospect (including understanding its needs, abilities, capacity, leadership, and growth plans) and the merits of the specific loan request.
Maintaining a thorough knowledge of local market and economic trends to identify acceptable risks that fit within the bank's policy.
Independently or together with the PM, analyzes all available financial information, growth/development plans, economic and market trends, leadership (including background checks), and guarantors to recommend an appropriate loan and overall capital structure, deposit accounts, and treasury services that meet the client's need and are within with bank policy. This includes assisting with or completing appropriate underwriting and analysis, specific to the SRRM's assigned industry role, and coordinating the loan approval process with the Credit Department using the bank's electronic credit system.
Secures sufficient collateral and appropriate documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and bank policy to appropriately collateralize and secure the bank's risk position.
Manages credit exposure within the hold limits based on loan grade and participates over hold exposure to other financial institutions.
Leads presentations to CCB leadership and Executive Loan Committee that include an outline of the financial analysis, capital structure, interest rates, loan grade, strengths and weaknesses and a recommendation.
Coordinates the loan documentation process, via the bank's electronic credit system, by gathering/uploading all organization documents, relevant personal information, and additional information (title work, etc.) for use by loan services department. Prepares on-boarding forms (LDS) as needed.
Together with the PM, reviews existing credit relationships to ensure compliance with terms of the Loan Agreement and to recognize and act on any developing trends. Reviews loan quality through statement/appropriate analysis, based on entity or project type, including a comparison of operating ratios to industry standards (where appropriate), cashflow, and collateral analysis. Recommend loan grade changes when appropriate. Where necessary, recommend loans for placement on the Loan Monitor List.
Assesses risks associated with construction lending, including proper loan structure. Ensures adequate safeguards for the construction process to protect the bank against construction risks including adequacy of overall funding to complete the project, disbursing procedures that mitigate lien risks, and tracking of construction costs against budget. Maintains frequent communication with owner, contractor, and title representatives to facilitate project success.
Creates detailed records and reports of activities by timely entering information into the bank's CRM system (Salesforce).
Calls on existing clients periodically to maintain the quality of account relationship and assure needs are being met; introduces clients to other departments where a service can be rendered and tracks activity in the CRM system.
Networks in various groups to source new relationship opportunities; maintains a consistent calling effort on prospective clients to be top of mind when an opportunity occurs. Tracks activity in the CRM system.
Makes overdraft decisions on all assigned accounts and on non-borrowing clients.
Performs additional responsibilities, as required, or assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Strong, well-developed interpersonal skills to maximize contacts and develop a working relationship with potential and existing clients.
A high level of analytical and collaborative skills to conduct analysis and monitor the client's financial condition, market trends, credit/interest rates, economic conditions, and other factors.
Effective communication skills including excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate professionally with all levels of an organization both verbally and in writing.
Advanced knowledge of loan documentation, including participations and other complex documentation structures; where appropriate, an advanced knowledge of underwriting and construction lending techniques for income producing real estate and working knowledge of construction loan administration.
Ability to work independently with little to no level of guidance and oversight.
Ability to travel as required.
MINIMUM LEVEL OF PREPARATION AND TRAINING NORMALLY REQUIRED:
A technical level of knowledge normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree level program in business administration, finance or related area or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7 years of commercial lending experience.

Job Description
The WD Account Manager will be thoroughly familiar with the U.S. automotive aftermarket. Their primary focus will be on selling Mopar products to warehouse distributors (WDs), independent installers, and fleets through the WD and Dealer network. The position requires full time travel. The Mopar WD Account Manager responsibilities include assisting Dealers in selling and bpro products to WDs for resale to installers/fleets.
Day to Day Responsibilities
WD Account Managers will be scheduled in advance to travel with Mopar warehouse distributors, wholesalers, Dealers and WD-owned jobbers to sell and support Mopar and bpro products
Acting on behalf of the Dealers and WD's, coordinate and communicate marketing and sales programs and related features including technician training, technical support, local product promotions and WD/Dealer-funded related details
Will be expected to exercise initiative to follow-up on sales calls and "close" sales as authorized by sponsoring Dealers
Will be required to understand high level Stellantis Dealer and WD organization and aftermarket strategy
Will be required to submit daily sales call reports including number of planned/actual customer visits; sales results by product and description of call/next steps using TrackIT and Excel
Will provide recommendations on product line expansion, pricing opportunities, market trends from the advanced analytics and data reporting system
Will work with Mopar Headquarters and Field personnel to coordinate efforts and identify open markets in need of coverage
Sales Contacts - Minimum contacts per representative:
One “face to face” contact with every WD every 30 - 45 days
One “face to face” contact with the servicing dealer every 30-45 days
One phone contact with every WD weekly
One phone contact with every servicing dealer weekly
Participate in standard meetings with Mopar Business Center personnel
Return all emails and phone calls within 24 hours
All contacts will be logged in TrackIt
The MSXI PMO will manage the implementation schedule, dealer contact reports, conducting post-visit surveys and compiling/reporting survey results
WD Account Managers will be equipped with a company laptop
Mopar will provide access to Mopar network and additional program support components
Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum of seven years professional experience in the automotive aftermarket and/or wholesale parts environment with specific Stellantis dealer experience preferred
Experience in wholesale automotive parts sales, management and customer requirements
Prior aftermarket territory sales management, training, coaching and consulting preferred
Must possess excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Must be highly interpersonal with team-building and participative management skills
Proficient with PC, Dealer/WD Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications
Requires self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field or minimum 7 years equivalent experience
Familiarity with the following automotive operations: Manufacturer, fleet, installer, mechanical parts wholesale, dealership parts management & aftermarket service departments
Basic understanding of automobile repair and technology
Experience with management of and selling wholesale automotive parts
