QUALIFICATIONS
The minimum qualifications for School Certified Occupational Therapist:

Reports patient progress and barriers to discharge in each patient team conference

Compensation: 60-day training hourly rate upon hire = $20.00 to $20.00. Following the training period, this position pays an hourly rate of $16.50 - $16.50. This position is eligible to earn weekly, and monthly incentives based upon sales. Incentive amounts range from 2% to 15% and differ based on product types.
Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.

Desired Profile/Background:
MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.
Minimum 3+ years of dental office management experience or 3-5 years of Treatment Coordinating experience
Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA Compliance Standards
Advanced knowledge and use of dental terminology
Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Familiar with financing such as Care Credit/Lending Club
Familiar with electronic billing and billing knowledge
Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Clean, neat professional appearance
Must be available to work some Saturdays

What You'll Do
Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children with a wide range of diagnoses
Conduct evaluations and develop evidence-based, functional goals (SLPs)
Collaborate with caregivers and a multidisciplinary team
Track and document client progress using a therapist-friendly EHR
Educate families on strategies for carryover into everyday routines
Make therapy engaging, play-based, and outcome-focused
Who You Are
SLPs: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with active (or eligible) California license
SLPAs: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Pathology with California SLPA license
Passionate about working with children and helping families
Strong communicator with collaborative mindset
Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a clinic-based setting
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Join our Amwins Access team in Santa Clarita as an Associate Underwriter!
This is a full-time, in office position in our Santa Clarita office.
Pursuant to California regulation, the compensation for this position is $68,640 to $72,000 annually, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
We are looking for people with:
* At least 1 year of prior insurance experience and/or related degree from an accredited four-year university
* Property and Casualty License or ability to earn a license within 90 days (cost reimbursed and study support provided by Amwins)
* Team focused mindset who is able to provide consistent, high-quality work
* Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, organization, professionalism and customer-service mentality
* Microsoft Office proficiency with an emphasis in Excel spreadsheets
Each Associate Underwriter provides vital team functions:
* Review submission information required to issue new or renewal quotes
* Rate and prepare new or renewal quotes as directed by Underwriter
* Review and handle inspection recommendations and discrepancies
* Monitor various reports for consistency
* Potential for policy issuance and endorsement processing, including audits
* Assist in accounting procedures such as invoicing
* Data entry into multiple internet based systems
