We are a fast-growing digital video advertising agency with a wide range of e-commerce clients. We work closely with many well-known e-commerce companies and have been growing significantly over the past year. As we grow rapidly, we are looking for more talented people to join our team.
What we do:

We focus on producing and rigorously testing hundred of video ads for our clients. This allows our clients to scale their marketing campaigns by acquiring more new customers on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok. While other agencies take months to produce one video, we work at a much faster pace to support our clients.

This is a full-time position. This position is full time in the office. Applicant must be fully vaccinated.

Responsibilities will include:

* Casting for Instagram/Tiktok influencers and actors on social media platforms and other casting platforms
* Research new talent to partner with and put together curation sheets for upcoming shoots
* Manage multiple casting projects simultaneously
* Coordinate with talent to arrange shoots at our studio or remotely.

What we are looking for:

* A self-sufficient self-starter
* 1-2+ Years Production and previous casting experience
* Detail oriented, organized, computer-savvy, and excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge throughout the casting process
* Must work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in relevant social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and YouTube as well as emerging channels
* Positive attitude and be a self-starter
* Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

An ideal candidate should be able to adapt to any work environment, be well-organized and have a good attitude.
