This role will partner with Merchant Operations, Finance, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to deliver strategic system enhancements that support trading, risk management, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the full commodity transaction life cycle, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate and at times lead initiatives with teams across the firm to design and implement solutions that support organizational needs, including new product configuration, trading reference data architecture / setup, and process / data flow analysis.
* Liaise with developers for IT development or support as needed.
* Oversee the configuration, integration, and optimization of ETRM systems to support front, middle, and back-office functions.
* Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions in Power BI.
* Leverage Python (preferred) for automation, data integration, and advanced analytics initiatives.
* Facilitate user acceptance testing, deployment, and training for new system features and enhancements.
* Maintain a strong understanding of sources, uses, and controls of data across the enterprise, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or related field.
* 8+ years of experience working with ETRM systems in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Management capacity.
* Experience or knowledge of the commodity transaction life cycle execution, including trading, positions, mark-to-market & P&L management (including FX exposure).
* Experience in or more of the following areas: confirmations, credit exposure / margin management, scheduling, settlements, invoicing, P&L and accounting.
* Understanding of forward and settlement pricing (including FX, IR, and volatilities) for the valuation of US and European power, gas, and oil liquids futures, swaps, physicals, and options.
* Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and visualization; Python experience preferred.
* Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and product model approaches.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the organization.
* Demonstrated track record of ownership, accountability, and delivery on complex initiatives.
* Experience working in energy trading environments with multi-commodity exposure.

Summary:
This position provides instrument and electrical technical support to construction, plant facilities and field operations. The position will repair, install, troubleshoot, and perform predictive and preventative maintenance tasks on control systems, natural gas compression or pump stations, SCADA, and other equipment contained within gas and liquid facilities and pipelines. The EHS Manager reports directly to the VP, EHS. This individual provides day-to-day training, direction, and support to MSP employees across all operating regions, including all BUs and locations with company drivers and technicians. The EHS Manager is an authority on regulatory matters associated with DOT, EPA, and OSHA, as well as their state derivative organizations and associated permitting. Periodic reports to regulatory agencies and clients (both prospective and current) are necessary, as well as competence in written and verbal communications. This position will serve as backup to VP EHS during absences. The EHS Manager has no direct reports, but issues priority of effort guidance to all other EHS personnel when required.
The EHS Manager provides authoritative day-to-day support to MSP Operations to ensure safe, standardized, and reliable customer service. In addition to formal training, the successful candidate conducts investigations, publishes reports, develops presentations to key staff, and executes research into CFR and associated state and local regulatory permitting and licensing. Monthly travel to at least one of our regional service centers is required, approximately three to five days per month.
Responsibilities
The following are the key activities and responsibilities of the EHS Manager:
Ensure work is safely executed across operating locations.
Oversee training, standardization, and management of the MSP Drivers Manual and DOT compliance at the state and national levels.
Regularly audit driver qualification records, DISA random and reasonable suspicion drug testing, driver Hours of Service compliance, Workhub entries, Samsara event alerts, and EHS elements of driver training.
Detect, investigate, and record driver compliance records, ensuring compliance violations are resolved in a timely manner.
Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, lessons-learned documentation, follow-up, and closure of action items.
Communicate effectively with all levels of management, and frontline personnel.
Collaborate with drivers, technicians, material handlers, administrative personnel, and management to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Review, document, and evaluate all regulatory obligations, to include mishap reporting, roadside inspection violations, and citations.
Prepare, analyze, and disseminate detailed reports from the Company's telematics system.
Monitor CSA Scores to address trends and drive performance. Provide statistical reports and presentations illustrating DOT compliance trends. Author roadside inspection process reports. Coach terminal managers on roadside inspection and out-of-service issues.
Partner with the VP, EHS to create an annual strategic plan for budgeting and safety initiatives.
Participate in the development and implementation of safety programs for OSHA compliance and author OSHA 300A reports.
Conduct safety and housekeeping inspections for hazards and issue reports with remediation actions to manage hazards identified.
Provide and coordinate training to employees, customers, and/or vendors: training, safety meetings, conference calls, and distribution of safety materials.
Provide and coordinate required documentation to third party risk management agencies.
Provide coordinated support for the Safety element of the Business Continuity Plan.
Manage the CDL Pro, Samsara, and other safety positive reinforcement programs and collaborate with Terminal Managers to ensure program quality.
Utilize the EHS management software (Workhub) to analyze, record, and trend injuries and incidents.
Create and update required policies to promote professional standards, procedures, and best practices with guidance from the VP, EHS.
Serve as point of contact for internal ad hoc EHS related requests.
Support the MSP Operational Excellence program and comply with all regulatory and internal policy requirements.
Participate in EHS activities proctored by regional facility management.
Formulate policy recommendations for the MSP Safety Leadership Team (SLT).
