Our Product Strategy team is hiring a Product Strategist in our Houston, TX or Stamford, CT office. This role will partner with Merchant Operations, Finance, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to deliver strategic system enhancements that support trading, risk management, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the full commodity transaction life cycle, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate and at times lead initiatives with teams across the firm to design and implement solutions that support organizational needs, including new product configuration, trading reference data architecture / setup, and process / data flow analysis.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or related field.
* 8+ years of experience working with ETRM systems in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Management capacity.
* Experience or knowledge of the commodity transaction life cycle execution, including trading, positions, mark-to-market & P&L management (including FX exposure).
* Experience in or more of the following areas: confirmations, credit exposure / margin management, scheduling, settlements, invoicing, P&L and accounting.
* Understanding of forward and settlement pricing (including FX, IR, and volatilities) for the valuation of US and European power, gas, and oil liquids futures, swaps, physicals, and options.
* Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and visualization; Python experience preferred.
* Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and product model approaches.

Responsibilities:
Platform & Data Operations
* Act as a senior SME and L2/L3 support resource for TIBCO EBX, collaborating with an offshore team to ensure appropriate coverage.
* Enter and maintain master/reference data in EBX, enforcing stewardship workflows and governance rules.
* Monitor application jobs, security, and integrations; escalate issues and document resolution steps.
* Manage ServiceNow work queue: triage, prioritize, assign, and track incidents, enhancements, and service requests against defined SLAs.
Data Design & Quality
* Partner with data owners to design and extend EBX data models, hierarchies, validation rules, and stewardship workflows.

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
* Analyze recurring data defects to recommend automation or rule enhancements that reduce manual touch points.
* Deliver training and knowledge-transfer sessions for end-users and offshore analysts on EBX workflows and best practices.
* Support audit, compliance, and SOX requests related to MDM operational controls.
Qualifications:
* 5 + years of hands-on experience operating or supporting a commercial MDM platform (TIBCO EBX preferred; Informatica, Reltio, SAP MDG, etc. are acceptable).
* Solid grasp of core MDM concepts: golden-record management, hierarchy/versioning, data quality rules, stewardship workflows, matching/merging, and reference-data integration.
* Demonstrated experience managing or supporting operational queues in ServiceNow and project backlogs in Jira.
* Proficiency in SQL and one scripting language (Java, Python, or similar) for data investigation and automation.
* Proven record of partnering with offshore or managed-service teams, including defining SLAs and run-books.

Job Summary:
The ROCC Operator will be responsible for 24x7 monitoring and control for Repsol's renewable generation assets across the US. This role will function from the remote-operations control center (ROCC) based in downtown Houston, TX. Operability

Incident categorization, initial troubleshooting and escalation of issues (alarms, faults, abnormal operations) using our enterprise SCADA and CMMS applications.
Fault/alarm resolution either by remote resets or coordinating local resets with field personnel.
Coordinating with field personnel to ensure safe and reliable operations in accordance with standard operating and safety procedures.
Coordinate with Regional Transmission Organization and Independent System Operators (RTO/ISO). As per North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC)
Enter and manage work orders to ensure traceability of all activities at the plants

Safety

Manual override of grid instructions/curtailments in the event of failure of AGC systems
Submit outage/derate notifications to external entities using the required applications for related RTO/ISO.

Diligently manage pending claims and litigation and supervise outside counsel;
Monitor and oversee outside counsel fees and expenses and work product to maintain cost- effective and quality external support;
Interface on relevant legal matters with colleagues in the United States and abroad;
Work effectively on culturally diverse teams to achieve business goals and objectives;
Work collaboratively with other departments and disciplines within Repsol to ensure issues are examined from all necessary angles;

Qualifications:

The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for oversight of substation and transmission line project design, review/performing studies, calculations, and coordination. Key Responsibilities:
Solid understanding of substation and transmission line project scopes of work and deliverables.
Capable of producing control building layouts, substation general arrangement, cable and conduit plans, line arrangement, grounding plan, sections, details, auxiliary AC/DC power distribution diagrams, bill of material, cable schedule, etc.
Acts as a key contributor to the development of substation physical application documents for air-insulated substations (AIS) and gas insulated substations (GIS), to define design scope, philosophies, methodologies, and criteria for medium and high-voltage substation projects.
Review of design basis memorandums, detailed engineering scopes, and then guide contractor discipline engineers/designers to align with Repsol engineering deliverables according to project requirements.
Provide electrical, high-voltage, collection system, and substation support to operating renewable projects.

Summary
The Allocation Engineer's mission is to ensure the proper allocation of the production back to the individual wells and will be the Unconventional Business Unit point of contact in the allocation methodology. The Allocation Engineer will learn the QA/QC processes and ensure methodology is calculating correctly. The UBU produces gas and condensate at the wellhead, which is subsequently processed into dry gas, natural gas liquids and stabilized condensate. Essential Functions
Be the local reference of the production back allocation process and validate allocation in hydrocarbon accounting system to analyze daily closing production figures.
Establish the daily and monthly QA/QC tools and processes for data entry and the resulting production allocation.
Track and drive progress of new functionalities/methodologies within hydrocarbon accounting system.
Validate existing allocation setups and provide guidance to Production Accounting team and IT when questions arise. Be able to work closely with a variety of groups to understand actual field set up to ensure correct implementation in hydrocarbon accounting system.
Management of the sampling program, laboratory analyses, and recombination process for the purposes of allocation. Including QA/QC of sampling analyses (GOR Analysis, Hoffman plot, composition plot).

Maintain PVT tables in hydrocarbon accounting system - QAQC, Upload, Validation

Theoretical vs Allocated production monitoring - variance oversight (wells, midstations)

Required Qualifications
