This role will partner with Merchant Operations, Finance, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to deliver strategic system enhancements that support trading, risk management, and operational excellence. Responsibilities:

You will work with an offshore support team, business data owners, and technology partners to make certain that master data is complete, trusted, and readily available to trading, risk, finance, and analytics applications. Your remit spans monitoring platform health, troubleshooting data issues, coordinating the ServiceNow work queue, contributing to data model designs, and validating releases delivered through a structured SDLC (Jira).
Responsibilities:
Platform & Data Operations
* Act as a senior SME and L2/L3 support resource for TIBCO EBX, collaborating with an offshore team to ensure appropriate coverage.
* Enter and maintain master/reference data in EBX, enforcing stewardship workflows and governance rules.
* Monitor application jobs, security, and integrations; escalate issues and document resolution steps.
* Manage ServiceNow work queue: triage, prioritize, assign, and track incidents, enhancements, and service requests against defined SLAs.
Data Design & Quality
* Partner with data owners to design and extend EBX data models, hierarchies, validation rules, and stewardship workflows.
* Investigate and resolve data errors surfaced by downstream systems or data quality rules; perform root-cause analysis and propose sustainable fixes.
* Develop data quality dashboards (Omni/Power BI) to track KPIs such as completeness, duplication, and timeliness.
Release & Change Management
* Coordinate with engineering to test EBX configuration changes, code deployments, and version upgrades.
* Author and execute regression and user-acceptance test (UAT) scripts; validate mappings between EBX and consuming systems (REST/SOAP, SQL, Kafka, etc.).
* Champion change-control best practices, ensuring all stories and tasks are effectively managed in Jira from requirements through deployment.
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
* Analyze recurring data defects to recommend automation or rule enhancements that reduce manual touch points.
* Deliver training and knowledge-transfer sessions for end-users and offshore analysts on EBX workflows and best practices.
* Support audit, compliance, and SOX requests related to MDM operational controls.
Qualifications:
* 5 + years of hands-on experience operating or supporting a commercial MDM platform (TIBCO EBX preferred; Informatica, Reltio, SAP MDG, etc. are acceptable).
* Solid grasp of core MDM concepts: golden-record management, hierarchy/versioning, data quality rules, stewardship workflows, matching/merging, and reference-data integration.
* Demonstrated experience managing or supporting operational queues in ServiceNow and project backlogs in Jira.
* Proficiency in SQL and one scripting language (Java, Python, or similar) for data investigation and automation.
* Proven record of partnering with offshore or managed-service teams, including defining SLAs and run-books.

Job Summary:
The ROCC Operator will be responsible for 24x7 monitoring and control for Repsol's renewable generation assets across the US. This role will function from the remote-operations control center (ROCC) based in downtown Houston, TX. Operability

* Fault/alarm resolution either by remote resets or coordinating local resets with field personnel.

Job Summary:

This role will preferably be based out of the RRNA corporate offices in Houston, RRNA has projects actively under construction and operations and travel to various project sites will be required, and occasionally on short notice due to any incidents. Responsibilities:
* Manage HSE policies and guidelines, ensuring that they conform to regulatory requirements and the industry's best practices.
* Clear capacity to identify and manage risks related to construction, commissioning, and operations of renewable energy projects.
* Implementation of company contractual clauses, policies, procedures, and other commitments for renewable energy projects during construction and operations

Repsol Renewables North America (RRNA) is seeking an innovative and motivated individual to oversee the daily operations of a PV Solar plant as part of RRNA's rapidly growing renewable energy portfolio. Job Summary:
The Interconnection and Transmission Manager will manage Repsol Renewables NA's (RRNA) RTO/ISO membership requirements, participate in Stakeholder proceedings to keep the company informed on key initiatives that impact interconnection or transmission access and manage the Company's generator interconnection positions. Responsibilities:
This position will identify and participate in key Stakeholder proceedings that impact the Company's interests.
Manage the Company's membership applications and obligations for ISO/RTOs.
Coordinate generator interconnection application submittals. Assist and interact with third party consultants as required to complete generator interconnection applications.
Coordinate efforts to move the Company's projects through the generator interconnection study process, communicating the schedule, budgetary and milestone requirements to project leads. Maintain a calendar that includes study cluster timeframes, application fees and study deposits required for generator interconnection applications.
Maintain a detailed log of the Company's generator interconnection requests including the progress of each request as it moves through the study process, deposits and application fees incurred.
Establish procedures to ensure project milestones and required tasks are communicated to the appropriate RRNA project team members in a timely manner.
Support RRNA's development and accounting team to track project payments and deposits to ensure costs are being allocated properly, and payments and refunds are sent and received in a timely manner.
Perform other job-related duties as required
Requirements:
Working knowledge of Power Flow (Power World, PSSE) used to complete generator interconnection applications and review study results.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products.

Job Summary:
The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for oversight of substation and transmission line project design, review/performing studies, calculations, and coordination. As well as for the delivery of the automation system for the high voltage scopes of work for our utility scale PV Solar, BESS, and Wind projects. This position works within multi-disciplinary teams to assist in the development of efficient and reliable collection, ,substation and transmission line designs.

Key Responsibilities:
Solid understanding of substation and transmission line project scopes of work and deliverables.
Capable of producing control building layouts, substation general arrangement, cable and conduit plans, line arrangement, grounding plan, sections, details, auxiliary AC/DC power distribution diagrams, bill of material, cable schedule, etc.
Acts as a key contributor to the development of substation physical application documents for air-insulated substations (AIS) and gas insulated substations (GIS), to define design scope, philosophies, methodologies, and criteria for medium and high-voltage substation projects.
Review of design basis memorandums, detailed engineering scopes, and then guide contractor discipline engineers/designers to align with Repsol engineering deliverables according to project requirements.
Provide electrical, high-voltage, collection system, and substation support to operating renewable projects.
Participate in the engineering, design, and construction review processes including review of the collection system, substation, and transmission line designs.
Oversee internal and external electrical discipline calculations, studies, and designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. For example, ampacity, reactive power compensation, loss analysis, short circuit, protection coordination, arc flash, TOV, TRV, insulation coordination, harmonic, etc.
Support new project commissioning, documentation support, and assist with project energization.
Review and continuously improve commissioning, maintenance, and standard operating procedures.
Review maintenance records and recommend corrective actions to ensure reliability and compliance with the applicable NERC standards.
With peers, develop structured feedback sessions for all lessons learned with the project team to include misoperations, root cause analysis, and safety-related events.
Review and update project documentation
Develop and implement site betterment projects including preparation of scope documents, exhibits, budgets, schedules, and requests for proposals.
Interact closely with internal teams to ensure that project needs and objectives are met.
Lead or participate in discipline specific project meetings and conference calls.
Required Qualifications:

7+ years of relevant technical experience.
Professional Engineering license in at least one state in the USA.
