* Maintain deep well injection pressures, rates, and pH staying within permit parameters
* Maintain deep well annulus pressure to prevent waste water leaking into the environment
* Maintain site Waste Water Treatment Plant to prevent failure of system and prevent permit violations for outfall requirements
* Extract representative waste samples from scrubber blow-down, injection tank, and batch tanks, completes appropriate labeling, and maintains record keeping on sampling according to established standards

Qualifications

Maintains understanding of torque and drag as well as other downhole conditions by monitoring drilling indicators and weight indicator.
Maximizes the ways to control Drilling parameters to its max potential. Maintain collective composures during stressful well control situations.
Safety: Develops a well-trained, reliable and safety focused crew. Ensures the safe operation and frequent inspection drilling rig. Complies with labor safety measures, maintain order, and comply with policies at the assigned work site. Performs BOP tripping/drilling drills.
Crew oversight: You will oversee rig movement, maintenance and safety. Coordinate with Toolpusher to ensure adequate supplies and equipment are kept in inventory and readily available to crew members.
Rig move: Participates in rig move on an alternating schedule with other crews.
