The entry / mid level employees are nice to work with. HR tries to make things somewhat bearable.
No promotion from within. Management will skip over people who put in years for recent grads. So there are few to no process owners who can actually explain their process. Management is often loud and wrong. It’s sad the PHL site handles people’s life saving treatments the site needs a complete overhaul and hopefully the new owners will see that even when the middle employees change the same problems always exist and it’s because the problems are with the in knowledgeable site leadership.
Front row parking. They try and do free events like family day and ice cream truck but refuse to compensate anyone under a manger status. No raises, no bonus but they still want you to waste your time typing in goals that mean nothing.
It just for show. Leadership definitely does not lead, it’s lead the company and the reputation down the drain. That’s why they have leadership roles they cannot fill.
The whole culture would change with change to the current PHL site leadership.
It’s very basic. Generic SMART questions taken off the internet.
The salary is among the lowest in the industry
The site entry and mid level employees is very diverse mix. Upper management /Site Leadership is not so diverse.
Getting to leave at the end of the day.
