We're seeking a Jewelry Cataloger who will promote consignment and estate sale jewelry by processing listings to be concise and accurate for auction presentation across all EBTH platforms.

TASKS YOU'LL BE JUGGLING
* Assist in research using the internet, reference materials, expert contacts, and other resources.
* Help to present lots of Jewelry in an appealing, informative, concise, and historically accurate manner.
* Accurately and efficiently enter data and utilize all databases..
* Minimize customer dissatisfaction and returns by providing accurate item descriptions.
* Communicate with internal and external customers for the best possible item presentation.
* Ensure disclaimers are present on all items requiring additional terms or conditions.
* Work in conjunction with team members across the department in order to maximize throughput and timeliness.
* Mitigate description credit errors, working with the Editing Department for continuous improvement.
* Help to maintain a team culture of open and positive communication.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Maintain a clean and organized work space.

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

This role will be responsible for publishing, maintaining, and managing event-level data for StubHub's event & venue map catalogs in accordance with the sports, music, & entertainment landscape. This person will work within the North America business operations group and work cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, supply, and fulfillment to drive a world-class ticketing catalog.
LOCATION:
The Catalog Operations role will be based in Salt Lake City Utah and will report into our catalog operation leader.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Have strong organizational skills - ability to juggle multiple projects at once
* Be a passionate fan of all things live entertainment (concerts, festivals, musicals, plays, performing arts, sports)
* Enhance StubHub's event catalog by adding events directly into the catalog and maintaining all data associated with the catalog - enrich the catalog through research about venue and event information to make the catalog more attractive
* Handle requests for site changes in addition to updating the catalog data when necessary - fix and troubleshoot issues that arise
* Build and maintain data associated with events and each event map
* Work with product teams on enhancing tools to improve speed and efficiency that drive revenue
* Look for opportunities to improve internal processes that support both buyers and sellers
* Support other functions where necessary to deliver a great ticket buying and selling experience
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent - 0 to 2 years related professional experience
