RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Implements each client's individual treatment goals as requested. Analyzes and trends data in support of client progress reports. Follows incident reporting procedures according to policy. Provides client specific information, feedback and insight to the clinical team. Delivers treatment plan interventions and modifications as approved by BCBA. Implements corrective feedback given by the clinical team to ensure treatment integrity. Observes, supervises and supports RBT's and BT's as requested. Recommends training needs to the clinical team. Submits required clinical documentation to the Senior BCBA for approval. Under BCBA supervision, may conduct parent training and implement transition/discharge plans. Leads by example in doing required clinical documentation accurately and on time. Enters electronic data collection with accuracy and integrity. Completes additional duties as assigned. Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: BCaBA certification both current and in good standing Eighteen (18) months of relevant experience Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written) Good problem-solving skills as well as the ability to take direction and work well within a team Physically able to respond quickly from any position, walk quickly or jog short distances, stand on feet for a minimum of 15 minutes, and lift up to 50 pounds Must pass background check Catalyst Behavior Solutions is a growing company that is led by our dynamic team of Behavior Analysts and supported by a friendly and knowledgeable team of administrative staff and RBTs. They are responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing first time or short-term interventions to clients/caregivers. Additionally, this role would review treatment plans that require clinical feedback of Behavior Intervention Plans and will provide clinical consultation with network providers. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Conduct assessment of clients diagnosed with developmental disabilities and produce assessment reports to include a recommendation for treatment and supervision hours. Assure clients and caregivers receive interventions regularly and offers are made to caregivers/clients to meet DMHC and regulatory requirements. Select and deliver appropriate intervention to clients experiencing gaps in care. Observe and assess client skills and progress to inform recommendations for ongoing intervention and behavioral programming. Collaborate and consult with service providers regarding assessment results as needed. Review client history and clinical documentation to ensure requirements of regulatory agencies are met and funding sources are clinically accurate and appropriate. Participate in and support the development of continuing education presentations to network providers. Maintain accurate documentation of billable tasks that meet regulatory agencies and funding sources requirement and is HIPAA compliant. Track direct client sessions and maintain timelines defined within standard operating procedures by following standard clinical operations. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education, Experience & Training Equivalent to: Master's degree, from an accredited college or university in one of the following disciplines is required: Applied Behavior Analysis, Early Childhood Education/Development, Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, Pediatric Therapy, Psychology, or related field. 3+ years certification by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA ) regulatory board. 4+ years of experience implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis services, preferably with people with ASD. Fluency in multiple languages preferred. Knowledge & Skills: Sensitivity to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population. Responsibilities: Instructional and Program Management 1. Collaborate with teachers to design and develop behavioral intervention plans (BIP) and provide support to instructional staff in implementing BIPs and classroom management strategies. 2.
