The Patient Access Liaison (PAL) is a regional, field-based position that provides clinical disease state education and product education to patients and their families for our rare disease portfolio of products, oftentimes in the patient's home. This patient facing individual will work closely with patients, families, physicians and other office staff to prevent and address barriers to access and help insure optimal understanding for Catalyst's medicines. The Patient Access Liaison (PAL) will also be responsible for supporting advocacy for patients and providing educational resources and opportunities for patients. The PAL will also interact with our HUB partners at Catalyst Pathways to ensure seamless communication with and to the patients and their families.
This is a remote position covering the Great Lakes Geography. Potential candidates should reside in the Great Lakes region and have access to major airports in the preferred states of: Michigan or Illinois.
Requirements
Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
* Educate patients and or their families on their disease and Catalyst's FDA approved medication for their disease
* Provide education to patients and or their families on reimbursement and insurance protocols that affect their ability to access therapy
* Coordinate communication among key stakeholders to ensure patients have the clinical support required to transition successfully to therapy
* Advise patients and their families about access and affordability programs that may be available to them
* Work cross functionally with other commercial personnel to resolve access issues for patients
* Provide expertise to HCPs on health plan policies and procedures, including guidelines and timelines for Prior Approvals (when appropriate) and Appeals
* Work cross functionally with Care Coordinators and Reimbursement Specialists at Catalyst Pathways to address any outstanding issues the patient and or family might have and escalate issues when appropriate
* Conduct Connect Calls to discuss open cases (de-identified) in Catalyst Pathways with sales and market access to address any issues that are actionable and delegate as appropriate
* Respect and Protect the PHI that is available to the PAL in their work with patients
* Attend regional and national meetings and come prepared to contribute and participate
* Document appropriately and accurately all interactions with patients and other stakeholder in the Patient Portal
* Become an expert on recognizing and reporting AE and product complaints, along with documenting those interactions
* Maintain ongoing contact with patients and their families to address unmet needs and offer compliant solutions so that patients may adhere to therapy when appropriate
* Understand and participate in Patient Services Programs developed by agency partners
* Ability to regularly work extended hours including attendance at business events on evenings and weekends
Education/Experience/Skills:
* Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in the Pharma/Biotech industry in required
* Prior experience as a Field Reimbursement Manager
* Experience in the Patient Services Department strongly preferred
* Be able to work in a team environment that ultimately benefits the patients
* Ability to work independently with patients for educational purposes and support
* High comfort level working directly with patients and their families as their main point of contact for access and education
* Can lead external customers including physicians, nurses and others to assist in achieving access for patients
* Ability to independently identify access solutions and determine the appropriate plan for resolution
* Work cross functionally with an external HUB to solve patient issues

The Oncology Sales Specialist is a key member of our customer facing organization and is responsible for partnering with customers to address identified needs, educating key stakeholders about our leading immunotherapy compound, and communicating our vision to the larger Oncology community.
+ This is a field based sales position that will cover the **Knoxville, TN** territory. **This territory also includes Chattanooga, TN** .
+ The selected candidate must reside within the territory.
+ Overnight travel may be required about 25% of the time.

**General Responsibilities:**
+ Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of how to create a compelling and logical rationale for the value of products and how to contrast, compare, and position our company brand(s) versus competition using appropriate resources in informed discussions about products with HCP customers - knowing when/how to seek and provide additional information
+ Act as primary point of contact for customer. Meet with key customers/personnel to understand practice structure, business model, and key influencers.
+ Possess knowledge of cancer staging and possible treatment options and dosing schedules associated with different tumors/diseases, with comprehensive understanding of the impact of those options on the patient. Must understand impact and use of clinical trials in multiple tumor types/therapies, both in impact on promoted products and in practice behavior of the account.
+ Ability to analyze and identify trends in a complex buying environment. This includes the multiple channels of drug distribution, Oncology GPO's, wholesalers and specialty pharmacies. Review and evaluate patterns for products purchased and prescribed, outpatient vs in-patient infusion, as part of hospital contract, etc.
+ Demonstrate ability to understand complex account interdependencies in order to develop both short- and long-term account plans in conjunction with a wide array of stakeholders, proactively working with the account team and supervisor (known as the Customer Team Leader) to effectively execute the account plan. Share learnings and best-practices from one customer to help other customers meet their needs.
+ Influence beyond their specific geography or product area demonstrate advanced ability to ask strategic, insightful questions to obtain information on customer needs from all stakeholders in oncology accounts, using the insights to position our company Oncology brands and collaborate with customers on a customized strategy.
+ Collaborate and communicate effectively with extended "in-scope" customer team to ensure a consistent customer experience across our company's divisions and functional areas; ensure integration with the Key Account Manager, Nurse Educator, Field Reimbursement Associate, Medicare Account Executive, and other key stakeholders to share key customer learnings and support customer needs.

This role sits within the Preclinical Services Business Unit and focuses on product and service offerings specific to Immunology and Autoimmunity. Candidates with proven expertise with life science tools serving immunology, autoimmunity, and large molecule therapeutics are strongly preferred.
The Senior Product Manager drives implementation and expansion of new and existing products to capture and retain market share, ensures seamless product introduction and lifecycle management of assigned product lines. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for mapping the pre-clinical research and drug discovery market, quantifying market size and opportunity, conducting voice of customer exercises that yield actionable insights and feed this into new product development and product improvement initiatives. The role will also develop compelling value propositions for assigned product lines, partnering with marketing to deploy campaigns with required messaging and content. The Senior Product Manager supports sales and our other customer-facing groups through the provision of sales tools and training, pricing and targeting strategies as well as customer visits and presentations. The Senior Product Manager also participates in and develops financial forecasting to include net, operating, and gross margins as well as revenue targets for their respective products in collaboration with leadership. Daily management of the portfolio will involve deal management of sales opportunities, customer communications, quality situation management, acquisition of direct voice-of-customer information, and determining and delivering business guidance for other functional groups.
The salary range is $85,987 - $143,962. Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
The hired candidate will work remotely but will be required to travel to JAX locations, conferences, or meetings up to 30%.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Procures, analyzes, and synthesizes market information from internal and external resources into new product concept proposals aligned with a broader product strategy. Elements must include a clear product strategy including but not limited to market segmentation and maturity assessment, unmet needs matrix, product positioning statement, competitive landscape and anticipated response, IP strategy and sustainability assessment, strategic fit, delivery channel, and customer feedback.
Oversees day to day customer interactions to understand and be able to represent user needs to execute or oversee process improvements to enhance customer experience
Provide market opportunity assessments that may include TAM/SAM/SOM analyses, pricing strategies and projections of expected returns. Must include clear developmental timelines and investment requirements with associated milestones and technical risks.
Lead and Develop Staff, as well as build collaborative relationships with colleagues in R&D, operations, and marketing
"Leads commercialization and growth of a new business area through influence and integration of stakeholders via a clear sales and marketing plan that includes continued product concept development such as refinement of revenue forecasts and pricing structures.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required. Doctorate Degree preferred.
Four years of experience in life science tools focused product management, product marketing, or strategic marketing serving academic, pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical customers.
Two years of supervisory experience is required.
Background in Immunology or Autoimmunity preferred.
Own the product strategy and lifecycle management for assigned product platforms and services within the Immunology/Autoimmunity portfolio.
Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and opportunity assessments to guide investment decisions.
Build and maintain a portfolio roadmap informed by scientific innovation, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
Define clear value propositions and differentiation strategies against competitors.
Partner with marketing colleagues to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing services.
Drive the creation compelling product messaging, positioning, and content for campaigns, sales tools, and customer engagement.
Support training programs for BD and sales teams to ensure consistent and accurate articulation of product value.
Provide input into pricing and revenue models to maximize growth and profitability.
Work closely with R&D, scientific leaders, and operations to align product offerings with market demand.
Engage with customers and key opinion leaders through Voice of Customer programs, advisory boards, and conferences.
Partner with corporate development to evaluate partnership or licensing opportunities that strengthen the portfolio.
Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and scientific advancements to anticipate market shifts.
Translate complex scientific information into actionable strategies and clear marketing narratives.
Track product performance against KPIs and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
